Bought an account...

I bought an account 9-1 placements and it places iron with games from previous seasons. I reached out to them the first time they kind of shrugged it off with their first comments. Posted a trust pilot review and it was because I was completely dissatisfied with my purchase. They finally offered me some sort of compensation which all 3 options were a bit disappointing. Will update if the new account provides a better experience.

Hello!

You already contacted us about this issue, and I sent you back the op.gg and leagueofgraphs page of your account, both of which show 0 previous ranked games. Now it might be some server issue which causes both sites to show the wrong data, in that case you could just have simply answered our emails 10 days ago.

Either way, we are still available to help you with your issue, just attach a screenshot of the league client with the match history available if possible.

We sent you a repeat email containing the same thing, and you answered and accepted a replacement account, without the need to prove your original claims. Seeing that you won't reply to any of our mails again, the original issue might have been the fact that you didn't read any of our emails in time, resulting in a bad experience.

Sold me bad account

sold me a "professional" account that came with a chat restriction and a bad honor level. They will not not respond to me emails regarding the issue. i did NOT buy a penalty account.

Update: issue was quickly fixed. good customer service was very helpful with solving the issues and offered many options for compensation.
