Ich habe 9 Artikel bestellt und mir wurden nur 4 Artikel geliefert da sie die anderen Artikel ausverkauft hatten oder ich nochmal 13€ bezahle? Die differenz wurde zurückerstattet. Aber 13€ für den Versandt berechnet. Ich wollte alles stornieren aber daß war nicht möglich. Paypal konnte mir auch nicht weiter helfen. Ich bestelle nicht mehr bei dieser Firma.

J'ai commandeé un cable de levier de vitesse, 7 pieces disponible sur leur site.
Commande effectué le 4 juillet, leur système de paiement ne fonctionnant pas, le paiement a mis 5j à être pris en compte.
Le 10 juillet le paiement passé on m'informe que la pièce sera envoyé le 17 juillet...
Le 11 juillet on me demande une rallonge de 17€ car leur pris n'étaient pas jour avec ceux du fournisseur.
Je la fait courte car j'ai du echangé de nombreux mails afin de comprendre les tenants et les aboutissant de la commande, car je n'avait jamais d'explication.
Je fait le paiement qui passe cette fois.
Plus de 10j plus tard (après encore des mails demandant où en était la commande, on l'on m'as dit juste de patienter) je reçoit une annulation de la commande en m'indiquant qu'ils n'ont plus la pièce en stock...
-systeme de paiement pas fiable
-prix pas à jour
-tres mauvaise communication
-stock non à jour.
Bref il leur a fallu 3 semaines après m'avoir bien usé par leur manque de professionnalisme pour me dire qu'il n'avait pas la pièce.
A fuir absolument

False advertising - initially delayed my order by 3 weeks, then "indefinitely". Do not waste your time.

Ok I ordered a timing belt kit off handler ,I had it approx 4 weeks but when i went to fit the hydraulic tensioner it would not fit, contacted handler,they said I ordered wrong kit and I only had 2 weeks anyways to return part and flat out refused to do anymore.i then had to contact gates who were very helpful and confirmed I had the correct kit but there had been a manufacturing fault with that batch of tensioners,again back onto handler who stated to send everything back but I couldn't as kit half fitted,all in all the customer service was shocking and they were no help even when I proved them wrong with the part.Gates who were not obligated to help me did so and were excellent.i will not be using handler again and this after spending thousands with them and the first time I contacted them with a complaint.

J'ai acheté un rétroviseur extérieur pour une volkswagen, type de véhicule, motorisation, puissance, année, tout était renseigné. J'ai reçu l'article commandé mais la tige métallique servant au réglage mécanique du miroir n'est pas de la même section que l'intérieur du bouton qui vient s'y fixer. Ce bouton n'est pas fourni avec la nouvelle pièce et l'ancien bouton ne convient pas ce qui empêche tout réglage ....
