I have ordered original Suzuki parts from Handlerparts several times and have always been very satisfied.
The prices are significantly lower than those of many dealers in Germany, and even rare original parts are usually available or can be ordered.
Delivery can sometimes take a little longer, but this is clearly because the parts are sourced directly and offered at very competitive prices. For me, this is absolutely worth the wait.
Customer service is excellent. Jekaterina was always friendly, helpful, and responded quickly to my questions.
I can highly recommend Handlerparts to anyone looking for genuine Suzuki parts at fair prices. I will definitely order from them again.

Assortiment, Preis für den Einzelhandel Käufer habe ich bis heute nicht besseres gefunden.

Das Unternehmen und den Versand habe ich als extrem unkompliziert und sehr persönlich erlebt. Jederzeiot sehr gerne wieder!Händlerparts dieses Teil
Davon abgesehehn konnte handlerparts, als einziger, diese Schrauben eines Toyota, überhaupt liefern.
Und das schnell, preiswert und bei bester Kommunikation.

Das Allerletzte. Hier kaufe ich nie wieder was. Am 31.12.25 Bestellung getätigt, am 07.01.26 erst beim Versender abgegeben und bis heute den 10.01.26 immer noch nicht da. Die Ware hätte doch am 05.01.26 direkt in den Versand gegeben worden sein, dann wäre sie schon längst da. Auf Nachfragen nur lapidare Ausreden, angeblich innerbetrieblich Probleme. Dann wird noch die Unwahrheit betreffend des Liefertages mitgeteilt. Angebich ein Tag nach Einlieferung sollte die Zustellung sein, ein Witz und Hinhaltetaktik, das wurde auch meinerseits bezweifelt womit ich Recht hatte, sehr erbärmlich sowas. Sowieso fraglich ob die Ware wirklich aus DEutschland kommt. Bin von dem Shop schwer enttäuscht und dort auch nicht mehr länger Kunde.

J'ai commandé une référence de pompe Bosch et je n'ai pas reçu la bonne....
Bonne référence sur la boîte mais pas la bonne pompe dedans (pas la mm référence que sur la boîte)
Il ne son pas très réactif et semble vouloir ne pas me reprendre la pompe ou me faire un échange
Magasin a éviter......pas sérieux

29.08.2025 Ersatzteil bestellt und voraus bezahlt, habe bis jetzt nicht erhalten.
Letzte E-Mail schreibt mir Mitarbeiterin Frau Dolzenko. Herr Kulak habe ich sie richtig verstanden das sie die Ware zurückgeschickt haben. ?????

Habe anfang 2024 Handlerparts entdeckt und war anfänglich auch erstmal skeptisch da ich davon vorher auch nie was gehört hatte.

Trotz Skepsis bestellte ich erstmal auf Grund des doch raltiv günstigen Preises zwei Teile, für einen Bremsumbau an meinem Chevy, die auf den gängigsten Plattformen erstens teurer und zweitens nicht nach Europa lieferbar waren.

Sie waren zwar etwas teurer als original bei Chevrolet (aber günster als z.B. bei E*ay) aber mit Versand dazugerechnet war es deutlich biller als wenn ich es selbst in den USA bestellt und importiert hätte.
Lieferzeit betrug bei mir ca. 3 Wochen.

A joke of a company I order parts on the 16/11/24 no sign of them.
Sent email and very slow to respond once I push them the said they were delivered and sign for. I ask for a copy of this information but no respond.
Just saying it was delivered which is not correct 🙄 told them I have a ring door
bell i looked for dates and the name of the person that sign for it but nothing.
The way they are acting it's my fault I didn't get my order, Clearly they do not care about customers

J'ai commandeé un cable de levier de vitesse, 7 pieces disponible sur leur site.
Commande effectué le 4 juillet, leur système de paiement ne fonctionnant pas, le paiement a mis 5j à être pris en compte.
Le 10 juillet le paiement passé on m'informe que la pièce sera envoyé le 17 juillet...
Le 11 juillet on me demande une rallonge de 17€ car leur pris n'étaient pas jour avec ceux du fournisseur.
Je la fait courte car j'ai du echangé de nombreux mails afin de comprendre les tenants et les aboutissant de la commande, car je n'avait jamais d'explication.
Je fait le paiement qui passe cette fois.
Plus de 10j plus tard (après encore des mails demandant où en était la commande, on l'on m'as dit juste de patienter) je reçoit une annulation de la commande en m'indiquant qu'ils n'ont plus la pièce en stock...
-systeme de paiement pas fiable
-prix pas à jour
-tres mauvaise communication
-stock non à jour.
Bref il leur a fallu 3 semaines après m'avoir bien usé par leur manque de professionnalisme pour me dire qu'il n'avait pas la pièce.
A fuir absolument

Hatte ein relativ günstiges Teil bestellt, was ein anderer Onlineshop zuvor einfach storniert hat, weil es schwer zu beschaffen war. Bei handerparts wurde die Bestellung hingegen anstandslos abgewickelt und erfolgreich geliefert. Kann den Shop uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.
Man muss natürlich wissen, wenn man Originalteile bestellt, dass das dann auch mal ein paar Tage dauern kann, das ist völlig normal, auch beim Vertragshändler. Dazu sind die Teile bei handerparts oftmals viel billiger.....

Even though the reviews are pretty bad I decided to order on this site. Other than the fact that the shipping took about 1-2 weeks longer than stated (also mentioned in reviews, so i wasn't surprised) everything was great. They always politly and promptly replied my questions and the parts I ordered are real original Toyota parts (for a lot lower price than anywhere else). The shipping is very cheap too, given the high weight of my order. I will definitely order again and I can recommend this seller - if you are not in a big hurry to get the parts.

P.S. I don't know what the case with this site was in 2021 and why some customers believe it is a scam site, but I paid for my order through PayPal with no trouble. Obviously the site is also not a scam since it provided me with correct original parts.

Ich habe eine Bestellung zusammengestellt, und wollte die Lieferadresse eingeben. Ich habe mehrere Adressen in verschiedener Länder eingegeben, die ich durchaus als lieferbar durch Fedex, UPS, DPD, usw. kenne. Die Fehlermeldung kam, "Diese Adresse kann nicht beliefert werden." Ich habe das Problem per Mail Es antwortet niemand, und dies seit mehr als einer Woche. Das Firmentelefon wird nicht abgenommen. Mein Vertrauen ist weg.

Ware am 22.03.2024 bestellt und gleich bezahlt.Auftrag wurde angenommen. Am 25.03.2024 kam dee Hinweis dass die gewünschten Teile nun doppelt soviel kosten !!!! Auf bitte den Auftrag wie bestellt auszuführen wurde man auf den Lieferanten verwiesen dass dieser die Preise erhöht hat... unverschämt. Nicht seriös, am liebsten -5 Sterne.

Their prices look good but they totally do not meet the delivery time they promise on their website. I have ordered my parts on Sunday 29th of May and I still haven't received my order nor do I know when exactly I will receive my order. I do not receive any pro-active communication regarding the order status. My advice: buy parts with a company that may be a bit more expensive but that has better and more accurate delivery time.

Leider habe ich das falsche Teil bestellt.
Retourenabwicklung einfach und schnell.

I am now on my 4th order with them and over 1000 euros worth of parts. While their packaging and communication can improve - it is easy to place an order on the site. Remember you need access to a graphical catalogue for your car and do your own research - this is a site that can source for you genuine parts or those from a trusted brand when you know what part number it is. Remember not all parts are in stock and some have lead times like with a regular supplier.

Proven Scam Site. Should have a negative rating. Stay away! Appears German but is Russian owned. Will send an email back after purchase that part was not found and then does not return your funds. Emails are returned back as errors. Phone number does not reach a human. Paypal returned my funds within 24 hours. That speed of return says to me this is a known scam site and yet there are no Trustpilot reviews. So I am writing a warning. I have to hope that Paypal will cancel the associated Paypal account to prevent future abuse.
