I called several times and on fifth day he answered and told that will send me details about return. Then nothing again, I wrote to WhatsApp and call him many times. the manager doesn't pick up phone. Scum brand as it is

The service is excellent DHL express delivery. Fabrics are natural silks and hand printed cotton. Excellent value for money. Good customer service, discounts etc.

I just received 4 Chindi cushion covers.
The 2 stars are because the shipment was really fast and received even before expected.
But I'm so disappointed with the product, the colours are not just slightly different, they seems like a different product, with really different tones compared to the one I wanted and were shown on the pictures. The back side is beige intead of brown, the top side is light colors pinky , light violet etc.instead of deep blu , brown which results from the pictures. And one has very different tones compared to the 3 others, seems from another series

I have now made several purchases at Handicraft Palace, and have been delighted with all of them. The cotton yoga pants are fine for any occasion, and I wear mine when I go out on warm evenings (i live in tropical Australia). I consider them my 'best' pants — casual smart.
Beautiful product, packaging was great, delivery was within 5 days from India to US. They even texted me to give an update. Loved the product and service. Customer for life
Got delivery on time but the product is not worth the price. I bought cotton night gown- it is low quality see through gown :(
Definietly I could have got 10 times cheaper and better quality price from local clothing shop in India.
