Had a beautiful Cordovan Cognac band…
Had a beautiful Cordovan Cognac band make for my JLC Master UltraThin. I sent pictures of the watch and Hollyn answered all my questions and made great suggestions as far a thickness of padding.
Band is stunning. Love the Cordovan Horse Membrane. Very smooth and shinny. Will get another band made for my Sub.

Another perfect fit, and it looks & feels great. The strap was created and shipped out super fast and, although my country has burdened the world with trade wars, the Handdn team was very helpful in easing the import process.

Great Design Options
First, the watch bands ordered exceeded expectations (quality, design). Second, the turn-around time was fairly quick. Lastly, the ability to mix-and-max materials, colors, stitching, and styles was the real selling point for me.

Great support from seller after initial trouble with the order
I had to send the strap back after the person I ordered it for did not like it. However, after sending it back to the address listed on their website, I had to lose the entire purchase amount because the address on the website is wrong. I gave up arguing with them about having the shipment redirected to the sender, and shipping it again to a different address and so on and on and on. If the address on the website is wrong, UPDATE IT, for crying out loud. And, don't heckle the customers for YOUR mistake.
Review Update:
The seller reached out offering to make it up for the lost order. I was offered a discount on a subsequent order. I am satisfied with the workmanship on the strap I received today. Appreciate the handdn team for going out of the way to alleviate my concern.
