Packaging needs an upgrade
The watch strap is well made, but during the first week it had an unpleasant smell from the packaging plastic, which fortunately faded after a few days. It is rather thin—whether you like that is a matter of personal taste or simply a design choice. Overall, I find the price somewhat high, especially considering that when importing it into the EU, you also have to pay customs duties.

An incredibly made strap with the same customer service
Absolute fantastic customer service from start to finish. The strap looks beautiful with the watch and fits my wrist comfortable. The suede strap is made of great quality material the feels great on my wrist.
