I still haven’t received my products! If it’s not here by next week I would like my refund back please!!!

So far my skin has been really smooth and so soft. I use everyday an it hasn't irritated my skin

I am extremely dissatisfied, as the product I received does not match the advertised description and appears to be inauthentic.

I can’t give you a review because my order was placed in September 11th and I have not received it. So my review very low on the fact that it’s taking so long. For that reason give me a refund for taking almost a month and I still don’t have it.

Great transaction, easy to order. Been using the product for a couple of weeks and my lashes already feel more moisturized and healthier. It doesn't burn or turn my eyelids red(along the lash line) like another product I tried. I recommend it highly. 10/10

I ordered their eyelash product and was pleasantly surprised. Delivery was quick and the product itself is delightful. Every day I see progress and improvement in the quality and length of my lashes. I highly recommend this product.

Instead of making it a contest where someone “wins” a refund, you should just refund everyone who put in an order a month ago and still haven’t received anything. No product, no email, no updates, nothing.

I got the peptide silk toner it’s not as good as they hype it up to be online people saying it’s Botox in a bottle
It’s not!! Yes it does smooth the face lines and makes the skin look good
But so does my dr melaxin skin care routine consistency is key for any of them to work

I received my order really quick! I got the eye lash serum. The packaging was very nice and the product was as described. I have been using it for 2 weeks, at night before bed, and I can already see a difference in the length and volume of my lashes! It does not sting or irritate my eyes, like other serums I've tried. I highly recommend the Hanae Eyelash serum!

I am really enjoying this product. It seems it was just what my lashes needed. I look forward to buying other products as I find their products well formulated and quickly delivered.

Product received looks nothing like the website. Bottle fits in the palm of my hand and the substance is not of the same as mentioned.

Beware Horrible experience! Promotion stated buy 1 get 1 free for the same price as one. End up getting only one item. Have been trying to reach out and no response on requesting to return the item. Not a great experience at all!!! Don’t waste your money not reliable.

I have not received my order of 17 September 2026 and it is now 9 October. No correspondence or explanation form the company about this delay. Very disappointed

I ordered on September 14 and today is October 8. I have not received my order and you want me to rate a product I don’t even have. Make this make sense.
