I got the peptide silk toner it’s not as good as they hype it up to be online people saying it’s Botox in a bottle
It’s not!! Yes it does smooth the face lines and makes the skin look good
But so does my dr melaxin skin care routine consistency is key for any of them to work

I received my order really quick! I got the eye lash serum. The packaging was very nice and the product was as described. I have been using it for 2 weeks, at night before bed, and I can already see a difference in the length and volume of my lashes! It does not sting or irritate my eyes, like other serums I've tried. I highly recommend the Hanae Eyelash serum!

I am really enjoying this product. It seems it was just what my lashes needed. I look forward to buying other products as I find their products well formulated and quickly delivered.

Product received looks nothing like the website. Bottle fits in the palm of my hand and the substance is not of the same as mentioned.

Beware Horrible experience! Promotion stated buy 1 get 1 free for the same price as one. End up getting only one item. Have been trying to reach out and no response on requesting to return the item. Not a great experience at all!!! Don’t waste your money not reliable.

I have not received my order of 17 September 2026 and it is now 9 October. No correspondence or explanation form the company about this delay. Very disappointed

I ordered on September 14 and today is October 8. I have not received my order and you want me to rate a product I don’t even have. Make this make sense.

Contacted Hanae explained and sent evidence of fake product ! And that my package was opened and the label was re-labeled from a California Address on top of label from China in the small bag had two 3 ounce bottles with a label that said silk toner and didn't have Hanae Korea label it totally Bogus product!

I just got this toner last week and already love it! I know it’s too early to tell but if it works this well so soon, I can just imagine how it will work in a few weeks. The order was so easy and got it within two weeks.

I have used Hanae korea for a little over a week now and already seeing growth!

I just received my product. I have used it for a week. I like that it doesn't burn upon application. I don't see a difference in length or darkness of lashes yet. I didn't like how long it took to arrive and lack of communication on tracking details.

I was not sent what I ordered. I was sent smaller bottles with a milky watery substance. The add had bigger bottles and a substance with a gold shimmer with no product name. Ordered September 17, 2026. Code was never delivered.

I hope I received the correct toner because it did not have your name on it. I do like its firmness
