Very professional approach, completed our boiler service really well. Dylan found the problem znd came back the next day with oarts and fixed it. Really good service.

Hampshire Heating gives you peace of mind, a fair price, always reliable but most of all, does a great job. Have recommended him to family and friends and they too are completely satisfied with his work.

Our boiler died over the weekend. Unsurprising as it had been fitted over two decades ago. We’d initially thought we would need to replace it.

We contacted Hampshire Heating Services on the Saturday morning and we Alan, a very pleasant, punctual and professional engineer, round on Monday morning to have a look. He undertook a thorough examination of the boiler, and he clearly explained what was wrong and how it could be fixed. He was able to get the boiler up and running again in under an hour by replacing a valve and servicing the pump, which was significantly cheaper than a boiler replacement.

Hampshire Heating Services are at the top of our list for any future work. Top notch.

Dylan had a very complex job, which involved removing two old boilers and combining into one and relocating the new boiler into the loft. He also divided the heating for the house into three zones, so that we could have complete control over how we heat the house. I showed the finished result to an ex-marine engineer who declared that it was, " A thing of beauty!" Very professional, would recommend without hesitation.

Great service. Previously had one of the large electric companies service our boiler, none of them were as comprehensive as Dylan. Picked up a long standing fault and collected the parts and fitted the same day. Highly recommended.

Dylan and the guys are the best gas engineers I’ve experienced.

They arrived within an hour, and fixed the major fault, so we could have hot water. They spoke with the manufacturer on our behalf, which resulted in an even more impressive outcome. Dylan’s excellent reviews and reputation are well deserved.

My only regret is not knowing about Hampshire Heating Services before this call out. I can’t recommend them enough for the highly professional service and excellent value.

I am not surprised with Hampshire Heating high rating here, in fact it should be 5/5!! Really great customer service, quick, efficient and Dylan is incredibly knowledgeable. Sorted my problem out in no time in the most cost efficient way. I would recommend HHS to anyone and I will use them again in a heartbeat!

Phoned Dylan - he got back to me. That alone is rare these days . He wanted photos to diagnose the issue and quickly got on it . He was able to call round almost immediately which was brilliant . Fixed the issues plus diagnosed a matter that was soon to be an issue . Really swift service . Reasonable price . Pleasant / polite and professional .

Highly recommended. First class service after our Valliant combi boiler suddenly failed to deliver hot water. Dylan squeezed us into his already busy schedule, arrived promptly and within five minutes efficiently diagnosed a fault with the water diversion valve and replaced it. We are now switching to Dylan for all our heating and plumbing work as the service was incomparably reliable, professional, and exceptional.

Dylan and team worked really hard on a very difficult job, always positive and extremely helpful. It’s so good to have a cheerful friendly team and they certainly were. They started on time and finished the work early and Dylan kept us informed of the progress throughout. Testing of system on completion of combi boiler fit highlighted a fault with the house supply, a SGN fault, Dylan dealt with this in a very professional way and we are now gas safe and very pleased with our new system.
