Seriously, scrumptiously delicious!

I live in the UK and ordered the Luxury Vegan Christmas Hamper for delivery to Cairns. Live Chat was very friendly and a great help. The hamper arrived on the day specified and my daughter's comment, after tucking-in over Christmastime, was “seriously, scrumptiously delicious!"

Disappointed

Ordered a VEGAN Christmas hamper for my daughter who has just moved to Australia. Initially impressed with the service although the hamper was quite pricey for the items that were going to be included, but purchased anyway as quick delivery was promised. Delivery was super quick and easy to track from the UK. Sadly though you can imagine how disappointed I was to discover that some items had been substituted which I understand can happen, but they were substituted with items that were not VEGAN. Completely ruined the gift! Contacted the company via their contact us form to ask for an explanation but have not received a response.

Have now received a very unsatisfactory response from Hampers Galore just saying “it appears we have substituted some items” and offering a $10 credit off my next order. This is a pointless gesture as I would not order from them again as would not be confident of suitable products being delivered. This could have been a very serious issue if the recipient had food allergies! As it was it completely spoiled the gift and the “hamper” which is just a cardboard box, is not value for money.

I recently ordered Christmas hampers and was incredibly impressed with both the speed of delivery and the quality of the items inside. Hamper did not arrive. I paid next day express next day delivery. It is now 4 days and no-one will respond to me from the company

Shipping has been repeatedly delayed

Shipping has been repeatedly delayed despite paying for express shipping. The hamper has still not arrived. It is now 4 days after the preferred date of delivery (that I paid extra to facilitate). This is unacceptable.

Paid for click and collect X 2 Hampers…

Paid for click and collect X 2 Hampers for xmas celebrations - delayed till this weekend. No correspondance the next day Friday (27 Dec) tried ringing to recieve the news that you are shut!!!
No mention of this on website and transaction allowed.
I just want a refund now as I had to make other arrangements. Peter Carmody
