The quality of the items in the hamper were thoroughly enjoyed by the recipient plus you kept in touch regularly letting me know when the hamper would arrive

Disappointed with the quality…
My sister said the variety of muffins were all the same, all cherry flavoured , they were way to sweet, the biscuits were ok, the flapjacks were ok, nothing really hectic, the basket the presentation was nice which was the best gift! she is using it for her toiletries. Sorry to say only middle of the road!

Thank you for your review. We have tracked this and can see DPD tried to deliver twice without luck ; they also had no response to the calling cards or the tracking emails & SMS. Since your review we have spoken via email and are happy to report that the fresh hamper that we resent to your daughter has now been safely delivered :)

Birthday delight

I thought Hampergifts performed well, despite the carrier's occasional incompetence. Hampergifts performed well.
My agent did a great job. He worked hard because the courier wasn't doing his job properly and couldn't deliver it to the correct address. He showed perseverance and was able to keep his word.
