Andrew and the team made the process of selling in Spain clear and simple.

The initial reason we listed with Hamilton Homes was the organisation shown in the very first listing meeting where we are walked through the process and information and documentation we would require to sell. Andrew was extremely organised beforehand and was able to inform us of some information about our property that we did not know and would have held up a sale if not resolved.

Throughout the process of showing and selling the communication was simple and clear even though we were in a different country.

Once an offer was made the team kept this on track through contact with our lawyers and the buyers.

We would not hesitate to recommend to anyone buying or selling in the area.

I cannot praise them highly enough, from the excellent pre-arrival support and information from Shani and Christina to the fantastic viewing experience with Andrew. They were very customer oriented and were able to show me a gamut of properties in a short time period. Working with a family business such as Hamilton Homes really has its advantages and they really go that extra mile for you.

Our recent day of viewing apartments with Andrew from Hamilton Homes was fantastic. He was incredibly professional, our day was well planned and his knowledge of the areas and properties available was outstanding. He had followed our brief to the letter and we were very impressed. We also found the website very informative and loved the bike ride video.
Although we have not found the right holiday home for us on this trip we would not hesitate in recommending this 5* service.
