Haleslocks Ltd - Master Locksmiths Recensioni

After braking the front door lock at 11pm, luckily it was locked shut, I needed a locksmith to come over as soon as possible the next day.

I did some research into local locksmiths and Haleslocks came highly recommended, so messaged that night.

Shane came over first thing the next day to fix the broken lock and on closer inspection it was a broken gearbox (me then thinking this is a door not a car!).

He was very professional, took it apart in front of me and explained it all (no jargon) and what needed to be done.

His quote was the final cost including VAT and there were absolutely no hidden costs, extras or call out charges. Very good price and even better his work is all guaranteed.

Will definitely use again if ever I have any issues with other doors and would highly recommended.

Very prompt and professional service, highly recommended

I managed to break the handle of my lock from the inside. Contacted Hales Locks & within the hour Shane was replacing my lock. Although the lock was smaller than the original he made good on the door frame & fixed it so we could keep the same keys! Fabulous & friendly service. Would definitely recommend.

I called Haleslocks at 09.00 to replace the locks on French Windows. Very quick and efficient service.
The job was completed by 11.00 on the same day.
Remarkable level of service. Highly recommended.

I called Shane at very short notice as our patio door lock stopped working and we were away the following day. Shane came round within the hour and diagnosed the problem quickly. He talked me through the options and costs. The work was completed promptly and Shane cleared everything up afterwards. The bill was very reasonable. Shane came as a recommendation from a neighbour and I will definitely use him again if needed.

I did the rule of 3, rang round to get three quotes and Shane was by far the cheapest (by about £75). Shane came the same day despite it not being an emergency and even when it was in the midst of snowing! Highly recommend.

Shane did an excellent job around my house , supplied & fitted new locks to front& back door . Would definitely recommend to friends & family . Top man thanks again Shane

Quick response, professional and friendly.
Took the time to explain the steps and discuss options.
Would recommend to anyone

Quality service, affordable, tidy and came to my house to fit deadlocks to my van. Would definitely use again for any lock issues.

Shane was very professional and provided an excellent service at short notice.

He was very thorough in going through the locks.

Also, 12 months warranty on his work.

Shane firstly gave advice to try and avoid cost. However his services were required and he came out immediately and resolved the issue with a new lock. Great, friendly service from local business and will definitely use Shane again if required.

Used HalesLocks when my tenants were locked out after the key broke in the lock. Service was superb - friendly and responsive (property was accessed in about half an hour), and additional work to replace the worn lock carried out in the same visit. Service was good value, invoicing very prompt and easy to settle. Would recommend these guys without hesitation.

As we were completing on our house purchase i got in touch with Shane over WhatsApp earlier in the week to ask for a quote. Happy with his competitive pricing (I checked on the master locksmith association website) we asked if he could come over on the day we got our keys to change the locks. Not knowing the time we’d get them Shane just told us to let him know when we’re ready and he’ll come over. He was with us within 30mins (we’re in Dartford). As first time buyers he educated us on the importance of security and didn’t pressure us to get the most expensive options but explained the pros and cons of each but made clear it was our choice. It was a lovely experience and so easy for us on what is a stressful day for most people. Highly recommend and will definitely use him again!

A key was stuck in my conservatory door. Shane Hales called round immediately, removed key & replaced the entire mechanism efficiently & without excessive charge. Also polite & thorough. Highly recommended. Tel: 020-3542 2345/07956 385083.

I’ve had a few services done by HalesLocks and I am very satisfied. Shane was very friendly and thorough in his work. Recommended for changing locks and setting up security systems!

Shane gave us an excellent service - prompt and efficient. We are very pleased and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Contacted Shane via WhatsApp, one of his many methods of contacts, good idea especially with to COVID. We discussed what was required, arranged a time to meet. He was prompt and correct lock was installed quickly. Great service highly recommended.
