The excellent service I have always had when I needed it surpassed itself for me this time. My front door chubb lock suddenly stopped working. Aaliyah was the person I spoke to on the phone and she told me roughly what the cost of a new lock and call out would be. She asked me to send a pic of the lock. When I called back she told me it looked like quite a newish lock and that I could unscrew the lock, bring it the shop and she would try to fix it herself. I managed to unscrew and pull it out and she carefully cleaned it all out at a fraction of the cost that it would have been had she not asked the questions she did. It works perfectly now. Thank you so much.

Never go anywhere else and they're always brilliant. The last time we had a problem with our lock they couldn't have been more helpful.

I have been very satisfied with the quality advice and services provided in-store. Yesterday a locksmith came to my house to repair a main lock and the locksmith came exactly at the agreed time, fixed the lock skilfully and left everything neat afterwards. He also spotted and rectified a potential issue with another lock on the same door, without charging any more than the originally agreed price. GK Locksmiths are highly professional with reasonable prices (which they stick to) and so I recommend them

Outstanding service and extremely helpful staff.
We had a small issue to source a lock nut for a security clasp.
GKLocksmiths went out of their way to help, and in doing so they helped enourmously by quickly resolving the problem and negating a trip by ourselves to somewhere such as B&Q or Wickes.

Brilliant service, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. My front door lock became misaligned with the door frame making the main lock difficult to use and the deadlock impossible to use. Craig quickly identified that the top door hinge wasn't flush with the frame causing the door to drop. Craig fixed the problem and re-attached the hinge. The door is now perfectly aligned with the lock and for the first time in years the door can be closed from the outside without having to use a key. I highly recommend G K Locksmiths

Needed emergency locksmith. What a joy to find this company. Professional from start to finish. Asked for photos to be emailed. They then rang to book appointment, taking the correct cylinder with them. Explained if new cylinder required it would be the quoted price but if more work identified they would phone before fixing. Spent time on job, ensuring bolts worked by lock were satisfactory. Explained type of lock to be in detail. Price was as quoted, no additional charges for extra time taken. What a gent and trustworthy. Will recommend to all my friends

Top-notch work, great customer service. I had new locks put on an old door. Robert in sales was extremely responsive and made last-minute requested changes with no fuss. Craig installed quickly, with great competence, prepping surfaces expertly for later painting (and even making the door hang properly). Highly recommend.

I called GK locksmiths Ltd 8.30 am as I was having problems with my locking mechanism on my PVC backdoor. They sent a gentleman Rob who was polite and very professional he highlighted the problems and showed me step by step the work he was doing .
