Haleslocks Ltd - Master Locksmiths Recensioni

I recently had an urgent need for a locksmith and I couldn't have been luckier to find Haleslocks. From start to finish, their service was truly exceptional.

Firstly, their response time was incredibly fast. The locksmith, Shane was not only punctual but also very professional and friendly. He put me at ease immediately with his reassuring demeanor.

Shane] carefully explained the situation and the steps he would take to resolve it. He demonstrated impressive expertise. It was evident that he had years of experience under his belt.

What stood out the most was the transparency in pricing. I had heard horror stories about hidden fees and unexpected charges from other locksmiths, but with Haleslocks, there were no surprises. They provided a detailed breakdown of the cost upfront.

The entire process, from arrival to completion, was seamless. Shane made sure to test the lock multiple times to ensure it was functioning perfectly before leaving. He also shared some valuable tips on maintaining the lock's longevity.

In a world where customer service often falls short, Haleslocks exceeded all expectations. Their professionalism, skill, and honesty set them apart. I won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable locksmith. If you're looking for a locksmith that goes above and beyond, Haleslocks is the one to call.

I can highly recommend Hale Locksmith. I got a prompt response to my initial enquiry, a visit the next day, anticipated costs explained up front and the job completed on the same morning. Excellent communication and service.

My composite 3 point lock door had closed partially and I could not open it. The lock wasn't working and I couldn't use the door at all. Shane came promptly after I spoke to him on the phone and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He opened the door then adjusted it to the best of his ability. It works better than it ever has and I am very grateful for his expertise. I would recommend highly for anybody to use this company. Thank you

Shane kept me well informed. Responded straight away to my enquiry. Arrived at appointment time. Keys cut and fit the lock perfectly. Very polite friendly, efficient chap. Will use service again. Thank you

Very fast and easy to get a front door lock changed same day. Responded to my call within 10 mins and was at property within 1h. Very happy they had ABS secure locks and reasonably priced.

I’ll be honest. Nothing but professionalism since Haleslocks came to our household. Very secure, very polite and very quick. Changed UPVC door lock, replaced a handle and tightened up a specific door lock. Thank you so much for your swift and reliable service Shane. Thanks Tony.

Shane called back to my online query within a few minutes (on a Saturday). He then promptly visited our property to install a new lock on the front door of our new house. He also very quickly returned to his workshop to cut a couple of extra keys and came back to drop them off. Shane was very friendly, helpful and professional. The time from query to new lock and keys was less than an hour - great service, we would 100% recommend Shane for any locksmith needs!

Shane from HalesLocks in Sidcup came to fix our front door which was not locking properly. Shane was very prompt to arrive, understood the problem quickly and only needed to adjust the locks and fittings saving lots of time and money. Recommended as you pay for an experts experience to fix first time.

Prompt visit on the day and quickly and cleanly fitted new front door lock and supplied required number of keys

We recently had the total nightmare of finding it impossible to lock our front door the day before we were due to leave on a short holiday. I phoned the closest firm - HalesLocks - and spoke to Shane. The door and locks are around 15 years old, so I wasn’t very optimistic about the chances of a rapid fix.
Shane was able to diagnose the problem over the phone, quoted the probable price to replace the entire locking mechanism, and arrived with us with 20 minutes. He had managed to find a replacement mechanism, which he fitted within half an hour. He then went above and beyond what he’d promised (hence his description as a Master Locksmith?) and adjusted all the hinges on the door, re-aligning it so it fitted better than it ever had. He then cleaned the door, tidied up any mess made and charged exactly what he’d quoted by phone.
Shane, and his firm HalesLocks, were an absolute pleasure to deal with, and I’ve have no reservations about recommending them to anybody with problems with their locks.

Absolutely first class service , arrived within 20 minutes of calling.
Fixed the problem and very reasonable prices .
Will definitely recommend to others .
Lovely man too .
Great job 👍

It is very worrying to lock yourself out of your home due to a defective locking mechanism, I had many questions for Shane of Haleslocks ltd in Sidcup and despite the time and frequency of the questions Shane was extremely helpful and professional in his approach and allayed my fears.
He arrived on time in fact he was waiting for us and proceeded to gain entry into the house explaining what exactly went wrong and how to fix it, he replaced a broken spindle, we decided as the door was 10 year old to replace the gear mechanism completely as it showed signs of wear, all costs were fully explained beforehand Shane was quite happy to replace only the spindle which would have secured the door if we wished, all work was guaranteed.
Shane is friendly approachable and is extremely capable and informed, excellent communication.
Just what you need in a crisis, highly recommended.

Excellent service. Very impressed with knowledge and advice.
A very confident guy .
Even got to.us within an on a Sunday

Fantastic service. I’d highly recommend

Professional yet friendly, got back to me quickly and came out as soon as possible having given a “likely” quote via photo/video (spot on, in fact, and reasonable - especially on a Saturday!) - got the job done in a short amount of time, left the area tidy, and made sure I was happy with the work before leaving. Would not hesitate to recommend him.

Shane was very upfront and honest with the cost involved on the initial phone call. All confirmed, he was on his way and arrived promptly dealt with the repair efficiently ( jammed front door lock mechanism) made a few adjustments. Price was as we agreed on the phone. All I can add is if you want a honest , decent guy to come and deal with your lock problems then Shane is the man to call without any doubt.

Shane responded very fast, he is friendly and very professional. He did a great job. I would definitely recommend Shane.

Brilliant service, would recommend to everyone. Friendly, knowledgeable and a superb job! Thank you so much

I was recommended Shane as someone who could open our Yale safe for us- batteries had died and keys misplaced. Shane arrived promptly, he was professional ie asked me to be present at all times and at no point did I feel my lock combination was compromised. He was able to gain access to the safe and reassemble the lock with new batteries and left me with a working safe. He was chatty, friendly but most importantly good at his job and I would thoroughly recommend him from my personal experience. He also gave me valuable advice which is always to use someone certified by the Master Locksmiths Association.
Thank you Shane - great service.
