The peaches and cherries were excellent but the mangoes were overripe. One split open the other was mushy and the2orange green ones were discolored with dark spots inside. The whole order was not edible.

The peaches were packed very conscientiously and all in excellent condition on arrival. And looked and tastest the way only a fresh Georgia peach should; SCRUMPTIOUS!

My advanced ordering was seamless. I received my cherries when promised and they were delicious. They arrived packed in foam for protection during shipping. Not one was damaged. I would definitely recommend.

I ordered 13 peaches for a Father's Day gift. They were delivered on Friday. 7 of the 13 were rotten! I was so disappointed and a little embarrassed. I have ordered citrus during the winter months and always been pleased. Maybe it is just too hot and humid to order fruit in June. I won't order anything from here again.

Fedex delivery was awful. First one rode the truck for weeks and never came. BUT a call to customer service quickly led to a re-send and final delivery, which was much appreciated as delicious (albeit less timely). Please, Hale Groves, choose another carrier for delivery!!! Fedex takes zero responsibility or accountability, ignores the consumer (only a direct call to the local warehouse was answered; the supervisor admitted that the guy who took it on his truck was a bozo who they had problems with, but they couldn't do anything about it), and besmirches the otherwise great experience of buying from Hale.

The fruits were very well packed. The quality was excellent. They all were very delicious. I also enjoyed the box of cookies. I will order some more in the near future. This is a great company providing outstanding service. Keep up the good work!

This was a fast easy way to send precious friends a birthday and anniversary gift. They love the cherries and it was just a perfect gift. Thank you

I asked if the honey tangerines had seeds, I was told it did have seeds.
My religious beliefs forbid eating fruits without seeds. I will not order moving forward.

Package arrived in timely manner. Recipient was very pleased with the package and its contents. However, there was suppose to be jelly beans in the gift package and there was a substitution. I was disappointed as I had those in mind for the kids in the family.

It took 9 days for my package to arrive. Needless to say some of orange were covered in green and white mold the rest were soft. When I complained and sent a picture I was asked how many were moldy! After contacting customer service I was issued a full refund.

Arrival times was a bit confusing being given two different times to expect package. Cake was nicely packaged but not as sweet as described but still moist.

I was initially very pleased with the whole ordering process. However it took two phone calls and an email to obtain a refund for a delivery problem . I had hoped to replace the gift box but it was no longer available. In spite of the difficulty encountered, I do intend to replace the gift box when the Fall products are available.
