Excellent quality tangerines
Excellent quality tangerines. I look forward to these every year because my grocery store no longer offers tangerines. In this shipment, two were damaged but the remainder were delicious.

Replacement fruit rec’d👍
I have rec’d a gift from Hale with good quality fruits. So I decide to “send” to a friend who had a health battle and got good news. Well they reported that some of the fruit had mold. I got copied on the email saying the fruit would be replaced in a couple of weeks (seemed long). I was embarrassed and saddened but thankful the 2nd replacement package arrived much earlier than the 2 1/2 weeks originally quotes.

I'm a long time customer of Hale Groves.
Just recently I sent Hale Oranges as gifts to three friends. They loved them and the shipping was on time and efficient. However, one of my friends did tell me that a couple of the oranges in her shipment were "dry tasting". I alerted customer service and they immediately sent her replacements for them (and a couple extra). My friend is happy..... and I'm happy because I'm dealing with a company I can count on for a great product AND great service.

The fruit and cakes are delicious
The fruit and cakes are delicious. The orange cake is my favorite. Customer service is really attentive also, I had a problem with one of my marmalades and they corrected it right away.

good company
This is true. Every order I have ordered from Hale's has been on the money. There has been only a couple of times that there has been bad fruit and Hale's was called and they replaced all fruit that was damaged. They are a great company to do business with.
I just wish they could have a little lower prices. But for the service they have and the goodness of the product I will buy from them all the time.
