I recently purchased HairTwo's hair growth products, and I wanted to share my experience with you.

First off, the delivery was surprisingly fast! I received my order within a 6 days of placing it, which was a pleasant surprise. The packaging was secure, and everything arrived in perfect condition.

As for the customer support, I had a few questions about the products before making my purchase, and I reached out to their customer service team. They were super helpful and responded quickly, addressing all my inquiries, which made me feel more confident about my choice.

Now, let's talk about the products themselves. I've been using HairTwo's hair growth products for a few weeks, and I'm already seeing a noticeable difference in my hair. It feels healthier, looks shinier, and I can see some new growth as well. I'm excited to continue using these products to see even better results.

Een haarborstel besteld, vanaf februari 2023 en tot nu toe niet ontvangen, eerst moet het uit Duitsland komen, daarna is het bezorgd en niemand was thuis en dat is een leugen, elke keer een andere smoes, heb mijn geld tot nu toe, niet terug gekregen. Ik kreeg email van Darius ^Cesnulis dat ze problemen hebben en zeer onbeschoft antwoord.

It’s completely unbelievable.. When I ordered the ‘bestseller’ face massage back in March, I had my doubts and was unsatisfied with their service. So all the reason for me to request for the return procedure. I returned the package back to Germany and requested my cancellation on my Klarna payment. I never heard back from them, in any shape or form and they didn’t cancel my order.

I can go on about how unprofessional the company is, but reading the other comments, it’s as clear as day that this is a total scam. Please don’t order here!!

THEY ARE A SCAM!! I paid for my order and contacted them 15 times that my order hasnt arrived. They kept on giving excuses and links that dont work.
At the moment, their email isnt working and their website is gone!!!! Want my money back

I ordered products of around 200 euros worth.
1) the order was only dispatched when i wrote them a reminder 3 days later.
2) the order never reached me. it was a stressful e-mail exchange with both them and the currier firma. they do not answer e-mails. i had to sent 3-4 times the same e-mail until they would finally answer me several days later.
3) a month after the order I am still demanding that they would return my money back, but they now just ignore my e-mails again. i went to customer protection agency and hope that this will solve it. i never ever had encountered such a scam. STAY AWAY! SCAM!!!!

Iets besteld en nooit gekregen er word op mail niet gereageeerd, bestel er niets je krijgt t never nooit........

That was the worst choice ever to bye on your website THE NOT EXISTING PRODUCTS!!!
As you said more than 14 days before I’ve made a BIG mistake!!!
I’m very disappointed and sorry for you since I’m going to write a NICE REVIEW about your website and publish it on instagram, Facebook, everywhere I can….
If the unprofessional client service doesn’t respond ASAP, I really mean it, ASAP, the next step will be awful for HAIRTWO….

Really good products. I got them 2 months ago and it leave the hair shiny and I feel already more thicker.
They package is just perfect same as the communication with them.

Hair Twos products are amazing! My hair feels fantastic after using the shampoo, conditioner, serum and roller. They are top quality products and I would really recommend using them

Unfortunately the shampoo and conditioner made my hair very flyaway and frizzy. Such a shame I was really excited about this product as it had such rave reviews.

Karima est ma coiffeuse depuis plusieurs années et je n’ai jamais été déçue. Elle m’a tjs fait une belle coupe et a tjs était à l’écoute de mes besoins. Je suis tjs contente du résultat. C’est la coiffeuse la plus professionnelle, la plus gentille, la plus patiente et la plus amicale que j’ai jamais connue. Elle utilise des produits de très haute qualité et elle donne toujours les meilleurs conseils a ses clients. Je recommande fortement ce salon que ce soit pour la coiffure, le laser ou l’épilation. Essayez cette place et vous ne changerez jamais de coiffeuse.

I highly recommend these products! I have long but thin hair with dry ends. After using HAIRTWO, I see a significant improvement in the quality of my hair: it gained volume and moisture, also become shiny.

We tried the set and were very happy with the results. Even though it's not a cheap product, but the delivered quality justified the price. Starting from packaging which has minimal plastic, and great to take on the trip without worrying that it might spill, to different composition of the actual shampoo and conditioner

Amazing prodcuts!! I had issue with scratchy and dry scalp, i have tried loads of products for years to fix this problem, but nothing was working. I have discovered this awesome brand and in few weeks the scalp has started to heal, no more scratches ! Also the hair feels very nice aswell.
My No. 1 brand for hair care now.
Customer service is excellent as well.

Best discovery ever! I’ve struggled with dandruff and itchy head for years, dozens of the most expensive shampoos haven’t helped but this line is a miracle! Dandruff is gone, hair is gentle, easy to comb, hair loss decreased and shampoo smell is wonderful. I will not change this shampoo to anything, absolutely my favorite. The best company!

The best hair products ever used! Obviously grown hair after a month of use. All three hair products were used together.

Got the 3x Hair Growth Kit: the amount of the products was enough for nearly two months. I had problems regarding the dryness of the scalp as well as hair loss, which now seem like a bad memory, as my hair has visibly changed: from rather flat and frizzy to thicker and healthy-looking. Furthermore, I like the consistency of the products: they don't make the hair feel artificially glossy, and smell differently from all I've ever tried: like herbs mixed with wild flowers 🌿 Strongly recommended :)

Žmona po jūsų šampūno ir kondicionieriaus panaudojimo nebegalėjo iššukuoti plaukų. Didžiulė nesamonė už didelius pinigus ir dar sugadinta nuotaika. Gėda, kad tai Lietuvių kurinys!
