My most recent experience at Highworth Haines & Smith was at a very high standard of service and made me feel to be a very valued customer; making me like a V.I.P. The reception is always inviting and the staff are very plesant. During my eyesight examination all of my concerns were listened to carefully and a personalised solution was proposed to me to give me the best funtionality that I required for my personal and working enviornment needs. Their advice was exceptionally and they helped me explore their product range, filtering down what I required and what my taste was. They were patient with my decision making and showed a geniune interest in the style and fitting of the frames. It was exciting for both me and the staff in choosing the frames and lenses. I highly recommend using Highworth Haines & Smith for all your optician needs.

I’d like to say a huge thank you to the team for replacing my varifocal lenses after I rather foolishly left my glasses on the dashboard of my car during some very hot weather. The lenses were damaged, but thankfully the two-year lens warranty covered the replacement. The service was friendly, efficient, and hassle-free throughout. I really appreciate the excellent customer care and would highly recommend this opticians.

My third pair of glasses from the Faringdon branch, staff are consistently friendly and helpful with a wealth of industry knowledge.
A large range of frames to suit even my fussiness.
And a great aftercare service.

While on holiday I broke my glasses. I didn’t have a spare with me so I called in at the first optician I found. This happened to be Haines and Smith in Chichester.
They were lovely people, very welcoming and helpful. I was asked to go back an hour. On my return I found they had repaired my glasses and polished them.
I asked the charge and they refused to take anything for doing the work.

Rachel literally made my day at haine & smith opticians today, what a lovely lady. She fixed my sunglasses and was happy for a hug as payment. Thank you again.

The service I received from the shop in malmesbury was better than good. It was exceptional. I took a pair of sunglasses in for the lenses too be changed.
Nothing was too much trouble. They sent them away to be professionally replaced. The glasses came back with the work done, glasses sparkling, and to top it off, no charge.

Needed glasses repairing, which was completed in minutes by a very professional and competent optician. The reception staff were lovely.

Called in as a non Haine Smith customer needing several adjustments to my dreaded Flexon specs. Staff could not have been more attentive or helpful. Made several alterations going back and forth, replaced nose pads and did a thoroughly professional job. My regular optician is in Taunton although I have no hesitation in recommending this team.
