I am extremely disappointed with the service at HAB Law.
Their client service is very poor.
They do not listen properly.
They do not provide clear legal advice.
Their work is disorganized.
There is no proper guidance.
It is all a waste of time.

I contacted them many times through Legal Aid.
They did not respond on time.
A translator was not provided when needed.
I sent multiple emails.
A lot of my time was wasted.
I was very stressed during this period.
I did not get the help I needed.

I am not satisfied with their service.

I can't recommend Kate Hurley enough, she supported me through a very difficult time every step of the way. HAB Law we're very professional, supportive & professional. I dealt with Kate from start to finish her kindness & care was exceptional.

The client service at HAB Law is terrible. They cause people in PSD, trauma, and stress to break down in tears. They do not listen, cannot provide proper advice, and their work is chaotic. There is no constructive collaboration or research. Conversations are based on hypotheses rather than concrete guidance on how to resolve issues. I honestly do not recommend this firm. It’s a waste of time, especially when seeking legal aid.

I had an exceptional experience with Giti Hashemi at Hub Law and cannot recommend her highly enough. From the very beginning, Giti provided me with all the support and clear information I needed to prepare for court, which made an incredibly stressful situation far more manageable.
She was consistently professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough, ensuring I understood every step of the process (I had no clue therefore asked a lot of questions). What truly stood out was her sensitivity and compassion whilst still maintaining professional.  she handled my situation with genuine care and understanding, which made a significant difference during a difficult time.
Giti was always prompt in responding to  emails and queries, offering reassurance and guidance whenever needed. Her communication was clear, timely, and supportive throughout, and I always felt that my case was being taken seriously and handled with the utmost professionalism.
I am deeply grateful for the service I received from Giti and Hub Law and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone seeking reliable, supportive, and high-quality legal representation.
