Excellent prompt service and the distiller works brilliantly, I can drink water again with no taste, after giving up on drinking tap and bottled water.

Arrived within 3 days of ordering. Very impressed.

Ordered a Stainless Steel Model 100SSE Water Distiller on-line on Friday, shipped Monday & received Tuesday well packaged.
The stainless distiller has a high quality appearance. It is simple to use and produces the quantity of distilled water in the time advertised. I'm using it in the London area so the hard water leaves considerable mineral residue, but with the easily removed condensing head and supply lead it can be readily moved for cleaning & re-filling. The unit is quiet in operation with just the low level noise of the condenser cooling fan whilst actively heating/distilling. At approx 580W total there is a continual warm breeze from the cooling vent at the top of the unit whilst heating/distilling which may influence where the unit is chosen to be placed when in operation. The unit shuts down automatically at the end of the distilling cycle and then silent.

I have no problems with H20labs and am very satisfied with your products and service.

3 days after paying £20 delivery for my distiller, there is still no word on shipping and they have an 0845 number so they can charge you some more just for you to call and enquire about your the status of your order. Very disappointed

I've received my item, but already have reservations about further interactions with this company.
The item (Model 300E) was listed as in stock at the time of my order. (June 4 2020) 5 days later, it still had not been dispatched.
The warranty for the item, as detailed in the item description, is 2 years. But the warranty as detailed on the invoice is only 1 year.
This same invoice describes the item as having 'immediate delivery', which you might expect at a cost of £20. But five days (three business days) later. They have not shipped it to me.
When emailing the company with my concerns, I have received an unapologetic reply stating that 'There may still be time to cancel if you are not happy with our service' and 'We'll do our best to ship at the earliest possible time' ... but no indication of when that might be.

I hope this is a one-off, and other customers ordering at this time are receiving better service than I am.

EDIT: Item arrived on day 6. All seems to be in good order. Warranty in the box says 1 year. So I'm going to hold on to the screenshot that states 2 years. Will update my review when I've had it for a little while.

Sadly communication is lacking .i know Coronavirus is affecting everything.i received an email to say that my product was shipped then when it didn’t arrive a few days later I rang to be told it hadn’t been shipped but that it was computer generated message.so I’m very disappointed at the moment .Resolved now and very happy with the product use it every day . Thanks
