After a long time searching and looking at my options I came across Tim and his company. After looking through trust pilot I reached out to Tim. I got a prompt reply even during Covid can’t say the same on the other companies I contacted. Tim was frank and honest with me and we discussed our requirements. We came to decision to purchase. It was during Covid so we knew there would be some delays but through it all Tim kept us up to date and we knew when Tim called to say it’s on its way we would have it soon. When Tim arrived to deliver the Tub he went through the whole setup and maintaining of the tub with us. I have to say we couldn’t wait to get it. Over all our experience was fab. Great Company to deal with on price and quality. Couldn’t recommend Tim more.

Excellent all around. Tim is incredible helpful and no question was too small, and the tub is mighty. Couldn’t recommend enough. The personal touch makes all the difference and that’s what you get here.

From the start to the end of the process was effortless.

Tub installed recently. Getting used to its workings now and more relaxed with the routines of good water/tub maintenance. Looking forward to enjoying the long term health benefits. All went well on delivery day. Just make sure you have plenty of room for getting tub indoors if that’s where it’s being placed. It’s difficult to know what to ask when new to using equipment. So being able to check back with the company for queries is always helpful. Also given written information and able to video important details to refer back to.

What can I say?
It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Tim and his Team. Our children are all sick and there is no medical treatment or cure for their disease. Hydro therapy can provide some relief and we researched extensively prior to purchasing a hot tub for the garden and our diligence paid off!
Being new to the world of hot tubs we struggled after our first refilling to get the chemical levels right and Tim always answered our calls and talked us through the process.

The boys have enjoyed hours of pleasure from our purchase.

We shall be forever grateful to Tim and his Team.

We purchased six person hot tub just over one year ago from Tim. We would not hesitate to recommend him and his team,because Tim is a very punctual person ....very professional. My wife and I ,had a great fun and enjoyment all year around.....in particular Sunday it was so lovely from the Hot Tub to look out at the snow.

After shopping around we decided to go with Tim and his team at H2o hottubs. From start to finish we could not be happier with our choice. Tim and his team have been efficient, professional and reliable throughout the process.
The hot tub we went with was a six seater and so far has been working a dream. In six months we have used 1716 units of electricity costing approx €250 which is more cost effective than we taught it would be.
We would recommend Tim and his team 100%.

This company was a real pleasure to deal with. Tim was very helpful and patient with all my questions and I never experienced the hard sell that I had with other like companies.
