We are guessing you should have taken a chance to review our refund policy and the number of days it may be required to fulfill the refund (policy 7-14 days - but done faster), and on the portal itself, it says 24-48 hours review period. Three days ago was Friday, which is not a working day.
Nevertheless, we always give people the freedom to review us as they please, but we always HOPE for honest reviews to help build our community.
As for sizes, we generally don't have issues with sizing, but it differs from one customer to the other.
Our team tried contacting you now, but we are still awaiting a response.
We thank you again for taking the time to drop this review and hope you give it another thought and edit it according to the whole experience you received and the quality of the items delivered.

You’ve already contacted us over Instagram, and we sent the exchange link for you to replace this tshirt with a new one out of the order. But from the review, and your previous purchases, we see you’ve had more pleasant experiences than bad ones… so why drop this review on something you won’t keep, and shall be granted a new one, with no questions asked? and we always advise all customers to check products upon arrival, before wearing them just to be sure.

We noticed the order included our Oversized Never Settle Hoodie, which is quite out of the ordinary to be tight. Still, in many cases, depending on preference, a size bigger would have probably resulted in a looser fit and a comfier overall feel.

Well, quite frankly, this is a misleading review. You've placed your refund request, on the 9th of September @ 5:28 PM after the cutoff time, which also falls on a Saturday, a non-working day. All requests through the portal have a 24/48 hour review period, which is clearly stated on the home page of the Refund/Exchange Portal. So if we go by the book, this is the 3rd day of processing after your request -- whereas it also clearly mentions under our policy that refunds may take 7-14 working days, and are generally processed faster and there are reasons for that timeframe.
Further to the above, you have texted us on Instagram and we have been in contact with you ever since, and your refund was already processed, but again, we can't control the timeframe that couriers work within as they do not only serve us.
We would truly appreciate it if you convey the real picture, rather than a misleading review that does not do good to our community, nor will it process anything faster.
Again, we thank you for shopping at Gym Apparel, and we are always happy to serve you.
