On the fabric: we’re sorry you feel that way, but we must say this has been one of our top selling fabrics across all articles produced from the same fabric. We’d be glad to receive your constructive feedback on Instagram where we can understand enhance it in future products.

On the color; that’s the shade of grey used — it’s not faded. 😊

Don’t forget, on SALE items you can always exchange, request for store credit and buy anything else with that credit… if it’s not on sale you can always request a refund.

Hi Rasha,

We’re sorry you’ve had a bad experience from the couriers side — we’re here to serve you at all times — and we always advise our customers to send us a direct message on Instagram where we instantly serve them and can follow up.

For your order, it was dispatched on the 5th of May, and each order has 3 attempts for delivery (from courier side) — on the 7th of May it was marked as “Customer Rescheduled Delivery” and on the 8th of May it was marked “customer phone is off” and on the 9th of May — it was marked “Customer is not answering our calls”…

That said, we’d be glad to assist you if you contact us through Instagram for us to reship the order once again — and we hope you understand that the couriers are a third party entity that we always do our best in making things as smooth as possible with for our customers — but issues occur and we always attend to them.

We hope you understand, and we look forward to an edited review on our products rather than the courier service.

You can tell us what you believe is “wrong” with it, over Instagram, or you can request a refund directly through the website, and we’ll be happy to return your money or store credit to be used for any other order.

Hi Mostafa,

Your order was returned to warehouse by couriers (NOT CANCELLED) due to the mobile number on your order being incorrect (or belonging to someone else) — the contact number is the most important detail in an order, for the following reasons, in brief: couriers send a message for order delivery scheduling and since the order is cash on delivery, they have to be sure you’re available (again, that’s the courier service, not our system) and that it’s not a fraudulent order (which all local brands in Egypt encounter, and also couriers) — so we hope you look at it from that side as well.

Constructive feedback is always welcomed by us, but a 1 star review, based off a delayed order, arising from a wrong contact number on an order (inserted by the customer himself) is quite the harsh feedback quite honestly 😊 and gives that we are neglecting to deliver an order or ignore our customers — which couldn’t be further from the truth.

Nevertheless, the team will connect with you via email to request the correct contact number for redelivery — or if you’d rather contact us via Instagram, for our team to assist you (that’s how we attend to everyone ASAP).
