Driver was on time, polite, and professional. Vehicle was clean and comfortable.

Made our flight but only just. One hour late att arrival and one hour late att departure

Fantastic always on time never had a problem we use at least 5 times a year for our ski transfers

Our group had an excellent experience with GVA transfers in transit between Verbier and Geneva. Our driver guide John was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and gave us insights into the areas we were traveling through. We loved the luxurious Mercedes Van too. We will definitely be using GVA transfers on our next visit to Switzerland!

Everything was perfect. Time, confort, kindness...

everthing was okey but nobody update me about exactly time pick up me from the hotel to the airport and it was very far around 2 hours and more, it was Sunday and I know nobody work in Sunday but must they have to note me by phone or email when i must be ready to pick up me..

But really the servise and car was great!.

Very friendly driver Evan. Great service and comfortable drive.

To be fair, we had one great transfer and one poor transfer. However, it was the customer service that leads me to rate this company poorly.

Our transfer from the airport to Verbier was poor. The transfer was over 30 minutes late picking us up. When he did arrive, there was no car seats for my two smaller children (even though we had requested them specifically on the reservation). So my small children were buckled in with only the standard car safety belts for a two hour car ride.

Then once we reached Verbier, it was clear the driver hd no idea were he was or where he was going. I had to use my GPS on my phone (in a foreign country) to give him directions. The chalet was staying open late for us to arrive, and his mis-direction and tardiness made us late for an already late check-in.

When I reached out to customer service, they said they would speak to a manager and the driver. And that is as far as I ever heard back from this company, with no accountability. They had several rules and regulations if we were late, or did not confirm etc., but no accountability for their mistakes.

For the cost of this transfer and poor situation that this company put my family in, I would stay away from this company and suggest another transfer company.

Everything was very good.

Great company. Booking was easy. GVA confirmed before the collection in Geneva which was a huge comfort. The driver was waiting with my name and was polite and smart looking. A short walk to a really smart 14 seater executive Mercedes bus, baggage loaded by the driver and off we went, music and ambient light to boot. On the way back from Verbier, again the confirmation email and the driver was there on time to load the luggage and off we went. Great company, I will never be renting a car from Geneva again, too much hassle and there is always a damage bill, even if you haven't scratched it yourself. Well done GVA

We paid a lot of money for a van but were sent a car to pick us up. Skis were in the back with us. Very uncomfortable. Driver uncommunicative. No apology from GVA. Will not use again.

Given that my booking was a last minute thing, their Transfers Consultant were very helpful and accommodating.

Good price. Driver at Geneva had a very small notice with my name scribbled in pen so it took us 10 minutes to find him. Other than that it was a smooth process and transfers.
