Do not buy from MySyncBook Shop – scammers
I purchased an electronic notebook from this store, and it turned out to be a complete scam. When I tried using it, it didn’t work properly. Since I was out of the country, I wasn’t able to file a complaint right away. When I finally did (a little over 30 days after the purchase), they denied the warranty, even though their policy states that it is valid for one year.
I tried proving that the product had barely been used, as the device keeps a usage record when connected. However, they simply stopped responding to my emails and completely ignored me. I paid 90 Swiss francs for a faulty product that was never replaced or refunded.
After this terrible experience, I did more research and realized that they have many bad reviews and their website looks fake. They have no social media presence and no reliable customer service.
Be very careful if you’re considering buying from this store – it looks like a complete scam. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
MySyncBook.Shop looks like a real website, you place an order, and they send you the notebook, but it doesn’t work. When you contact them for a warranty claim, they tell you that since more than 30 days have passed, they won’t refund your money. Fine, I asked for a repair instead, but in the end, they just stopped responding.
The product comes with a one-year warranty clearly written on a piece of paper stating that NewYes is responsible for the warranty. However, when you contact NewYes, they claim it’s MySyncBook.Shop’s responsibility. So, in the end, no one takes responsibility.
