Had a very good experience with them regarding a mini-flow guttering kit for my greenhouse. Quick delivery, replacement item sent out for free as builder accidentally cracked the union bracket. Very clear and pleasant communications.

I’m not an experienced builder nor roofer.

I worked out what I needed, ordered it online, payed with PayPal.

A very large and long cylinder was delivered within a couple of days.

All the items I ordered were well packed and present.

Overall.. perfect experience and the Anthracite steel guttering look fantastic against my grained, anthracite facia boards and timber cladding.

I ordered a length of galvanised guttering and a length of down pipe with all the fittings for a shed I build during lockdown. It arrived extremely Well packaged in a Strong cardboard tube about 3 meters long and about 300 mm diameter with loads of bubble wrap. Product was very good quality. Thanks.

I ordered twice From pbsl. My orders arrived quickly the first order had just over 100 items and it was all there. I was worried about ordering from them because of the reviews but both orders where fine and I was very pleased with them.

I agree with other reviewers that the quality of customer service is poor. Items were missing from my online order after delivery. Money was taken for them but no explanation. I contacted them my email and asked for a refund, whuich was duly paid. I would have expected PBSL gutter supplies to have apologised in advance and made the refund without me asking for it. Naturally they won't be enjoying and further custom from me. Be wary!

I have Placed three orders through Gutter Supplies (AKA PBSL group) during the Covid crisis. The deep flow gutter products are Floplast made with a shiny finish. The gutter looks great but only time will tell if this product is of good quality. Both orders arrived within a week but one part of the second order had some items missing which turned up the following week on another vehicle.
PBSL seem to use Tuffnells for delivery with drivers who have limited English.. and even less care of the products . The land drains arrived scratched and with chips off the ends- due to the driver throwing them out of the van.
If your not in a hurry, then this is good form of delivery - BUT don't expect to be able to speak to anyone, they have furloughed all their customer facing staff and closed their offices. To the PBSL Director -YOU NEED YOUR SALES TEAM BACK.... if you want any further business.....

Very happy to take my money, don’t supply the goods, then have no contact details available. Avoid at all costs. Am asking my CC provider to return my money.
