Had an inquiry about my order and they got back to me out of working hours. The coffee itself has been exceptional, going far beyond my expectations even for the "premium" subscription were I got a pink bourbon from 3 marks worth £22! Phenomenal coffee and service.

Just started a Gustatory subscription and I am extremely satisfied with the product and the customer service. The coffee itself is a responsibly sourced specialty roaster that I would not have found at a standard (or even local premium) coffee shop near me.

Along with the coffee itself, I received an info pack about this month's coffees, which is really cool to read as a coffee enthusiast.

I was pleasantly surprised to also receive a free 250g coffee bag as a welcome gift to the subscription service! It was a lovely coffee accompanied with tasting notes. Gustatory clearly went out of their way to give me a welcome gift that matches my preferences (filter coffee) and sent it along with a handwritten note.

I look forward to the coming months and discovering other quality decaf coffee roasters from around the world :-)

Phenomenal product and customer experience could not recommend more!I have 87sca coffee beans subscription - pausing and resuming subscription is seamless and every delivery seems to be hand verified. Beans are fresh and stellar quality!

A great selection of constantly changing roasters at a very fair price point. I also had excellent communication over a delivery issue caused by the courier - no fault of Gustatory but they resolved it regardless, and very quickly.

Every month a little box of Joy arrives. The coffee is always high quality and often a roaster I’ve wanted try or one that I’ve not heard of but often grow to love as a result. Gustatory keep it simple, the ordering process makes sense, if I have too much coffee I can pause my subscription till the next month. I tell all my friends about Gustatory and now have group of friends who all love it as much as I do. I would recommend Gustatory to anyone who loves coffee, a little surprise each month and wants to keep it simple.10/10!

They have very broad spectrum of roasters and we are suprised with high quality coffee each month. You can see which farm the coffee is coming and where it is roasted. Highly recommend

I wanted to try some new UK and international roasters but shipping prices were way too much. Gustatory solved this by not only saving me a fortune in shipping cost but also having the same coffee cheaper than otherwise ordered! The coffees shipped in the Premium subscription are consistently amazing and I loved drinking almost every single one.
One thing I'd wish they improve is the number of different subscriptions they offer. First time I came across Gustatory I did not give them a try because there were too many options to choose from on the website.

The coffee is great with regular deliveries and a chance to taste new coffees! What more could you want! Great service.

I've been on the coffee subscription for several years now. The variety of coffees I have received is excellent. With a bit of tweaks to my taste preference, I have found my favourite type of coffee! Each month, I receive beans originating from all over the world. The customer service at Gustatory is excellent. Most notably, Michael recently saved the day after I had some delivery issues. Gustatory offer a tailored and personalised experience. I have recommended them to friends and will continue to do so.

Ordered a light roast subscription – all four bags were dark roasts despite being described as light in the notes – I wasn't sent the wrong subscription, the issue was entirely with the quality of the coffees.

If you're a lover of delicate, light and fruity coffees, avoid Gustatory. If you're keen on darker roasts, the customer service and delivery times were all good – someone with different tastes to me might have been much happier with what I got.

The customer service team is quick, responsive, and personal, adding extra value. While the website could use a redesign, the quality of coffee remains outstanding, making it totally worth it.
