I have been using Guru Focus for more than 2 years. I could not run my business without GuruFocus. Their data is more reliable and auditable than other services.

The Excel and Google Sheets add-ins generally work well, but like all of these services, they have a unique syntax. However, the speed is exceptional.

Guru's support is very good.

IMHO: they have too many precalculated variables. It is sometimes hard to find specific data elements or the formula for the variable.

Gurufocus is an ideal and comprehensive stock website for investors. It provides up-to-date information, top-nortch customer service and help as to make good decision by providing comprehensive data, screener and information.

I noted a problem with the buffet indicator values. It was corrected by the next morning.

Beware on their 100% money back 7 day trials. They don't give you back 100%. You should check the amount credited back to your credit card.
Update 2/21: Contacted the company as requested. Looking for: 1. Rectification for my case. 2. Rectification for all others who may have been impacted as well. 3. Explanation on how it happened. 4. Measures to prevent this going forward. Awaiting their reply.
Update 2/25: The support ticket number is 324428. The support person replied that "7-day free trial is limited to once every 24-month period. Therefore no trial can be applied when you signed up again this time and your subscription payment was processed immediately." However, on the subscription page when I logged in, it says "Start 7-day free trial". Also, it said "30-day 100% money back guarantee". This is false advertising on your subscription page. I attached a screenshot in the support ticket.

Gurufocus didn't have COT reports. I have used it elsewhere and I liked it a lot so I asked them to include it. Now they have created it on their site! They are listening!!! They have a lot of fun stuff!!!

Clearly responded to all my questions. I have been looking for a good screener for some time and they got what I have looking for.

This is a continuation of tech troubles. I have reinstalled the app, updated phone with still no app access. I will delete my subscription until resolved and will request an extension of subscription to come back. This is very frustrating

GuruFocus has more than I need. Their screeners are banging! And I have financial insights just in a matter of seconds with their Stock Manuals; it covers the whole thing from the sales numbers, the CAGR in 10Y and 5Y, competitor insights, profitability, financial strength, and if I need a detailed information, they provide direct links in the filings link.

This shortens the time I usually take in crunching the numbers in my excel sheets.

They have super complete data to support my investment decision. There are still tools that I don't really know how to use, I'm still figuring out in this second month I subscribe. Yes, they have more than I need.

I am satisfied so far.

I have tried to use the alert function to follow the trades of gurus in my portfolio. I thought that this would typical request for a website called guru focus. Apparently not. However, the customer response to this problem was very impressive. Hopefully, the problem will be rectified quickly.

I'm using Gurufocus for years and I'm happy with the service, content and support. You can find lots of data and use it according to your needs or just benefit from the analytics, comments, reports.

I agree that price is little high based on just one region and query quotas create a problem, but all in all, it worths it.

You can see below how the company responds to genuine experiences: defensively and with harassment, and by flagging my review as not genuine unless I provide additional private data. To the company I say, go find your own errors! It's easy, all you need to do is pick a company and compare it to the financial statements! I have no interest in a free membership. I prefer that you just left me alone!

The company is selling data that are free (from publicly available financial reports) at a price that costs 100 times its fair value for aggregating and presenting it. Furthermore, from the 5 companies I checked, 5 of them had errors in the data (compared against the financial reports), where the wrong numbers had been copied from the reports. 3 of the 5 used a different unit of measure within the same row (for example, when measuring total assets, it would go from $999,999 to $1.0M), which screws up analysis and strips the larger numbers of data due to the massive rounding.

Pricing structure? Pay PER REGION and if there are any delisted companies there, now you're paying an additional membership for that. To get access to the 5 companies I needed, I had to join a trial that cost over $2000 across two regions and two membership options (to get access to that "delisted" company). For FREE data! If it were $20 for all the data in the dataset it might be worth it, but for that price, I expect perfect data, zero errors, lots of depth.

Then, if you want to cancel the trial, there is no cancel button. I'm pretty sure that's illegal in the UK and Europe. You have to email them and request the cancellation, while they try to convince you to stay. No "close account" button (pretty sure that's illegal, too).

Overall, I can't imagine who this would have value for. You can get all the data from the companies directly going back as far as you like for free and aggregate it. You could go on a freelancing website, dump all the reports on them and ask some random person to compile it all for you, if you wanted, and it would still be a fraction of this cost.

The staff guided me through the many possibilities of GuruFocus, and answered my questions in an adequate way.
