Global was all hands on deck when it came to customer service
I placed an item in my shopping cart by mistake.
When i noticed the mistake, I sent an email needing to cancel. I was concerned they would just ship what I ordered and then have to process a return like many companies today. I got a timely response back from a couple different people showing me that item indeed got cancel. What great customer service!
