Honestly it was a great experience. The staff were helpful beyond what was expected and I'm sure they will continue to support future applicants. My lecturer Arslan was very skilled and was able to deal with multiple different situations and backgrounds which is a reassurance when approaching with a question. All staff through the experience delivered care and consideration throughout the course.

Definitely recommended.

I am very happy to have successfully passed my Education and Training course with Grupo Training. The trainers were very supportive and provided clear guidance throughout the whole course. Their encouragement helped me stay motivated and confident in completing the assignments.

Currently on spectator level 3 with them and i regret ever contacting them. First red flag is the course is completely written by AI and was not advertised as such. As a result everything is very long winded but doesn't actually say anything useful and occasionally omits important legislation.

I was told the course was flexible but with set classroom days. The classroom days i was given almost no notice rather than a schedule and they couldn't even stick to that due to staff illness.

I then had 2 family members died i was basically told to get over it because it or they will cancel my course with no refund so its not flexible After all. They advertise lots of locations but they are actually based in London. I have told them not to call me at work and they persist spam calling me throughout the day instead of texting me.
