Lovely to had them at Exchange Plaza Edinburgh today for our event and they were amazing. All the office tenants loved their coffee and the sweet treats.

I bought 2 bags of Grumpy Mule coffee from Waitrose. The 1st bag when opened look dry and stale and there was no coffee smell. When I brewed the coffee in my espresso pot it was weak, bitter and tasteless. I shall throw the rest of the pack away. Very disappointed, the worst coffee I have tasted for many years.
Very bitter coffee. Contacted company who said send a photo of packaging, which I did. Three months ago. Despite reminders to them not a word. Definitely not recommended.
Not overly impressed, 2 out of 4 bags ordered were ok, but the peru blend was very bitter, and washed out, i appreciate tastes vary between people, but i can get better coffee for half the price in Aldi.

Ordered coffee and realised I had the wrong address on the ‘shop’ app. I did email Grumpy Mule within a minute to advise of this and request that they update my address.
Unfortunately, customer service only responded after the coffee had been dispatched and advised that they wouldn’t be able to help.
Hopefully someone is enjoying it somewhere.
Due to the slow and not particularly helpful customer service I won’t be ordering from here again.
Customer service non existent - no one replies to email address on website. Says a lot about what they think of customers!
Sorry to spoil the party, but the Colombian I bought and ground this morning is average at best. Maybe I got a bad batch, but it's pale, dry, flavourless and a disappointment. Crazy rip off in Budgens too!
Love the coffee and superfast delivery, but completely unresponsive to the email address published on their website and email that orders come from, so problem with order can't be resolved. No other email address published elsewhere. Will udpate once I get a response.

My order just arrived 26 hours after I ordered it! free delivery (over £25), and because I ordered 6 packs it worked out the cheapest place to buy them. I buy this brand because it’s organic and they have Swiss water method decaf.
I have bought this coffee many times. But I would love to see more variety of decafs, for example a stronger one.
