I placed a order on the website at 2.500 eur the 27th of November 2023. My money was deducted from my account the same day!! As some of the moss panels was without frame I want to change it to something else and want some money back as the order then was cheaper. This was absolutely not impossible!! Then I was forced to order something more to fit my payment. The attitude in Marieke corresponds was very arrogant and blaming because I have to change the order. The 29th of November I confirmed the order. The 19th of December I received an information from Groenwand that the order was ready to be shipped and would be delivered the 27-28th of December but nothing happens. The 16th of January 2024 I finally received the shipment. When I placed the order Groenwand promised me to pack the order separately and secure but when I opened the package its seams that the moss has been in a lot of pressure and was very flat. Groenwand has packed it on top of each other so it’s was damaged and in a very bad condition. I write to Groenwand to explain the situation, send pictures of the damaged moss and the pour packing hereby my mail:
Unfortunately to our big dissapointment most of the delivered goods have been damaged under transport due to poor packing ! You team insured that it would be packed safely which we really trust but it was not done sufficiently, the mos world was placed on top of each other and face to face with no protection, and the boxes was on top of each other and there was no clear red fragile sticker on the shipment . ! ?

It seems that under way there must have been boxes put on top of the shipment as it looked to have been under pressure, however it could have been avoided if the goods had been packed safely as promised and mark fragile.
Groenwand replied my mail explain that it wasn’t damaged and it would be ok in some days.! They wouldn’t take any responsibility in any case rather not the bad packaging. I write to Groenwand again and explain that I need that them to take responsibility and that I need some help and some sparepart to fix the problems. I haven’t heard anything from Groenwand since!!!! I really can’t recommend this company to anybody - very pour service, very pour packaging and very pour responsibility!!!
