Purchased the 3 pairs and tape package…
Purchased the 3 pairs and tape package deal for my 11 year old son. He is really pleased with them. Will be buying him some more as his feet grow. Also came out good in the wash, however didn’t want to risk drying them in the tumble dryer as I didn’t want to risk damaging them (not sure if the heat would affect the bits which provide the grip).
Don’t hesitate to buy, really good product.

I ordered some socks hoping to get them…
I ordered some socks hoping to get them before a certain date as I had a game. Took 2 weeks for them to arrive even though it stated 3-5 working days. I messaged the seller with my order number requesting my shipping fee back and did not get a reply. Did not have a good experience. Would not use again.

Hi Nathaniel,
Sorry to hear your delivery was delayed. We did clearly state on our website over the Black Friday weekend and following week that slightly slower delivery times were to be expected. We also sent various emails to update customers about their deliveries through this period. Sorry you didn't notice this.
Although we have not received a message from you regarding a refund, as your order was delivered we would not typically refund the £2.99 shipping cost as we have fulfilled the order.
Any delays down to the courier are also out of our control however I would invite you to share your feedback with them directly through their website.
I would also reassure you and other customers that delivery times have now returned to 3-5 working days as per our typical processing times.
Finally, please bear in mind we are not a large company like Amazon, and are simply a team of 2-3 people so some consideration for this is always appreciated.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service, I ordered a wrong colour by mistake and contacted Arun to ask if a change was possible. Very quick response and order came today.
Can't recommend highly enough, I'm in Ireland and even with the small customs charge this product is well worth it.

Socks great, delivery very bad
Three stars only because my order was delivered three weeks later and it was needed as a present. Great socks but the delivery let me down.

Our typical delivery times are 3-5 days and all orders are shipped out from us within 48 hours as per our policy. The delay would therefore likely be down to the courier, not us as we don’t have control of their handling of packages.

I bought these with the prospect of…
I bought these with the prospect of eliminating my football boots rubbing on my heel (blisters). I was told I was getting blisters because my feet were sliding in the shoe; causing friction between my foot and shoe. As a result, I decided to make the purchase of these grippy socks and I was impressed to say the least. I no longer get blisters when playing football wearing these socks. Great design also. Thanks.
