Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we sincerely apologise for the disappointing experience you’ve had with us. We understand how important it was for your son’s gift to arrive in time for Christmas, and we deeply regret that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion.

After investigating your order, it appears that your parcel was regrettably lost by our courier partner, DPD, which led to the delay. As soon as we became aware of the issue, we acted immediately and dispatched a replacement order on the same day. While this replacement has now been delivered, we recognise that this resolution came far too late, and for that, we are truly sorry.

We also regret the communication difficulties you experienced during this period. Due to the holiday closure, we were unable to respond as promptly as we would have liked, but once we returned, we replied to your message within an hour and took steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Your experience does not reflect the high standards we strive to maintain, and we are taking this feedback to improve our processes and ensure this doesn’t happen again in the future.

Firstly, we understand that return shipping costs can be frustrating; however, as your order was placed from Ireland, returns must be sent to our Ireland facility. To clarify, all returns should be processed through our Returns Portal—not via email. If you’ve already returned your item, we kindly ask you to provide your tracking number so we can locate your return and proceed with the refund promptly.
