I have had excellent service, BUT NOW….???
I have had excellent service the last two occasions I used GRID SOLUTIONS. So far, my order, this new order, apparently got mixed up with someone else, no communication to let me know what’s happening (I had to phone to find this out), and no communication of expected delivery (when phoning Courier Guy I got a half hearted response - like I’m a bother - and I still haven’t received my order or even received any more communication from Grid Solutions or Courier Guy. Maybe it’s a slow or bad start in the new year? Anyway, I’ll patiently wait and see how this goes!
I could edit this review if I’m satisfied at the end of the day. As of now 20 January 2025 no more movement. What’s going on guys???

Faulty Item purchased, no response on returns
Purchased and Item. When it arrived, it was packaged in such a way that it appeared to have been in for repairs and then re-sold.
Item did not work.
I have requested a return, but have had no response in 2 weeks.

Fast and free shipping. Was very impressed with the service.
I only purchased on car battery - and it did need some charge on arrival but that is normal if they have been on the shelf for a while. Can't speak to the after sales service on the 18 month warranty. But thus far, they are a real good supplier.
