I received my cooktop in a timely period delivered to my home address which was a surprise. The product was easy to install and has worked exceedingly well. I would certainly purchase again.
Ordered 21 days ago, I have no received much correspondence… “we are working on it”. I will have to get a refund after wasting 3 weeks. No sure this is a real business or what.

Excellent communication
Excellent communication. Easy pick up with a quick discount for doing so. Speedy arrival of appliance. Two week sourcing became ten days. Eugene was an excellent person to work with. Happy with the product.

no communication
Ordered 21 days ago, I have no received much correspondence… “we are working on it”. I will have to get a refund after wasting 3 weeks. No sure this is a real business or what.

I do apologize for the delay, we depend on timely deliveries from Summit and sometimes they are delayed, this is outside of our control.
It took 2 weeks to get a tracking…
It took 2 weeks to get a tracking number to know that my purchase was being processed
Other than that, customer service was responsive and I'm happy with my purchase.
