In the past few weeks I ordered twice from them. They are misselling, not only delivering products that are different to the one ordered, not refunding the difference in price, selling products that are past its expiry date. For the first order I did contact them twice but received no response. Didn't bother contacting them the second time.
Won't touch them with a barge pole in future.

I usually avoid giving any negative reviews. For circumstances beyond our control, things do go wrong now and then. At the end of the day, even the business owners are humans, and are prone to making mistakes once in a while. The most important thing here is acknowledging the mistake and avoid repeating the same kind of mistakes. I am based in London, and despite having loads of Bangladeshi supermarkets here, I decided to encourage a startup like Greenoranges and ordered online at least 10 times since they were set up around 2020/2021. They started off very well initially with excellent quality and packaging and then from around 2022/2023 things started going horribly wrong - missing items, damaged items, rotten items, compounded with pathetic customer service. I tried being patient each time, but now I think it's high time I warn ALL customers (particularly Bengali customers of Kolkata origin) to avoid this place. Don't fall for their online orders - 9 out of 10 times their vegetables are shrivelled and rotten. Their fresh fish is still not that bad, but way too expensive compared to brick and mortar shops. Their packaging used to be flawless - but quite a few times the ice packaging tears apart and risks the fish getting contaminated. And worst part is - once they deliver, it's nearly impossible to get hold of their customer service and get a refund on your card. They refund instead to your online account wallet - thus forcing you to reorder from them. And even if you manage to get hold of them, they don't bother about apologising about any mistakes made and instead of trying to fix things professionally, they show an unacceptable attitude. Their Google Reviews started taking such a nosedive (from 5 stars to below 2.x star) that they actually deleted their Google Business account (GMB). At the time of posting this review, I could not locate their Google Reviews. Ordering from them is like a gamble nowadays with high odds of receiving substandard food - and this is from a long term customer. Worst part is that they turn a blind eye to all the complaints - a deadly cocktail of arrogance and apathy.
It really saddens me to see the downfall of such a promising shop in such a short time. PS - Don't get misled by the awards received and flaunted by it's owner on social media. If you don't believe in the recent negative reviews, order a few times and see for yourself. You have been warned!

Horrible customer service, charged me for an order, didn't have the order and never gave me my refund in over 4 months!! On pursuing, only returned HALF of my payment, don't respond to messages - DON'T BUY!!!

The company actively deletes any negative comments made on its social media page. Recently their iOS app got banned perhaps due to bugs but the admin refuses to acknowledge this. My prior experience with buying on their app hasn’t been too good anyway, since I had to reclaim money from my credit card after receiving damaged goods as they didn’t provide any refunds. The customer care is rude and arrogant, who believe they are doing charity instead of running a business.

I wish I had read reviews on here before purchasing. Terrible quality, product sent to me was under weight of what was ordered. Bad packaging. Never buying anything from them again

Rather than grocery selling they are cheating people behind this business. Don’t deliver all items ordered, don’t refund, email them don’t reply. They want to order again over £50 so that they can make money and charge again delivery and packaging fee. What a business model beyond imagination. Just make money don’t care customer. How long can sustain this business model.

However this was the WORST....!

Some of my items were OUT OF DATE...missing and ROTTEN...!

I've been completely ignored via WhatsApp...live chat and their complaints form for a week...(12/12/24)

Waiting to inform Trading Standards and the police...if no reply from the company....

I have ordered frozen fish from this website. Did not deliver next day as promised. I got the items two days after. All the fish were completely thawed, bad rotten smell. Couldn't get hold of any staff . Had to throw the rotten fish in the bin. Ultimately got hold of the managing director and his reply was to refreeze that thawed fish and use it as normal. Can't understand whether he is a normal human being or not. He didn't replace or refund £89.00 back to my account. Beware of this fraud businessman.

Worst shopping experience

I placed the order never delivered to me and customer service never bothered to give me an update. I have been chasing them since forever! Complete fraud

Fish was not descaled as ordered, then argumentative that this can happen to anyone. Does not trust the customer complaint. Fish had thawed out when it should have been at least semi frozen and some of the pieces were shockingly small from a 3+ kilo fish

Horrible Scamming company. Placed my first order a few weeks ago order arrived with quite a few items missing. 10 emails back and forth along with sending across my account details still not received the £10 refund back into my account. 2 packs of paneer out of the 4 received were rotten and out of date and half of the vegetables rotten and unusable. Never ever seen such horrible products and customer service. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Do not order from this website. You’ll get rotten fruits and would not get any reply from the sales teams . A complete fraud

This company is despicable - a scam. I placed an order for £34 of goods, none of which arrived, neither was there any notification that certain items were not avaialble - in spite of being advertised as such on their web site. I have now made repeated requests for a refund of my money - they simply don't respond. DO NOT USE - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Placed a large order, multiple items missing from order and all the veg smashed.
Was told I would be receiving a refund, still waiting for my money over a month on.

They charge the money and only provide partial goods. Never refund the money

Superfast delivery. What is best is they offer descaling services when you buy fish, at no extra cost. I haven't this on any other websites selling frozen whole fish.
