Brilliant Scheme!

We only have 1 employee using the scheme, but GCI were so fast to process the application for a CANYON bike it was seamless.

Very fast, excellent service and, first class assistance from GCI team,.
What is not to like? Thoroughly enjoying my new bike thanks to GCI!

Excellent service, very straightforward and super speedy! Very grateful to have been able to get a Canyon bike through GCI - the only cycle scheme that Canyon deal with. My employer was going to launch a scheme with another cycle to work provider but I went to them asking if I could get my bike using the instant GCI scheme as their scheme didn't offer such a wide choice (including Canyon!). My employer looked into GCI and not only did they allow me to use instant GCI, they decided to drop the original cycle to work scheme plan and are now going to be exclusively using GCI. Big thanks GCI!!

I can't fault the experience of buying a cycle via GCI. The scheme covers a much wider range of suppliers than many of the others. Buying my bike was a frictionless experience.

Having never used a Cycle To Work scheme before I was a little apprehensive going forward. I saw lots of positive reviews of GCI and I can see why, pretty straight forward and excellent for a new bike purchase. I did confuse myself after signing everything, however Jasmine from their support team has been fantastic. What was probably silly questions by my lack of understanding, was met with excellent service and an absolute confidence boost that this company is there to assist even after contracts finalised :)

I cannot be more impressed with GCI. The Instant application was just that - 'Instant' As soon as the online forms are filled in and sent off, you get a response in less than a minute.
I really cant speak highly enough about the process. Absolutely brilliant !

Great service- rapid response to emails and also helped liase with the provider & work when changes in the order needed to be made. Also works out a lot better than the Cycle Scheme (i.e. no upper limit, spread out over a period of time!)

After a nightmare experience with Evans cycles (now owned by Sports Direct) with numerous delays (latest date is Jan 2020 after a promise for early August) i spoken to Freya at GCI who advised that if i could source an alternative bike elsewhere, she would be able to switch the voucher.

Some sort of miracle led to me to finding a bike at GIANT, who had a cancelled order bike arrive that day.

The GCI Team, within 15 mins, had authorised my revised application and the following morning issued the Voucher.

The commission is lower than any other cycle to work scheme and payment was instant
We have been in business since 1980 and this is the best scheme we have encountered

Having dealt with another scheme for our employees, we needed a better way and this was it. Much easier to deal with and no end of hire fee unlike the other scheme who wanted 7% .
This is the scheme to use, I used it to get a bike myself, so have seen both employer and employee side.

Fast, efficient and brilliant value. The entire order was processed within a day and the process was so easy. Far better value than any of the other C2W schemes I have come across. Will recommend to everyone.

These guys are insanely good. Pre-purchase advice was excellent. Helpfulness throughout the process was second to none. First bike I ordered was unfortunately sold out from under me by Cycle Surgery despite GCI managing to get voucher organised and over in less than a day. I thought that was quick until I ordered a YT bike today... context: bike ordered at 2pm, working with my employer and GCI, they managed to have the invoice paid before end of business same day. Incredible.

A special shout out to Freya, who was absolutely brilliant throughout the process but also to the payments team who turned round everything so quickly (I don’t doubt with a helpful nudge from Freya).
