Attentive service
Helen was very helpful arranging quotes for alternative flights, and was able to hold our places on the trip whilst we awaited them. Response times were generally quick, and it was good to be able to speak to agents even though it was Easter holidays.

I have had nothing to do other than read an itinerary (that is ideal for us) and book it.

Correction of my booking error
I made an error when arranging our holiday and booked for the wrong dates.
Both or the telephone help team members that I spoke too were very helpful and changed the dates of our holiday, without any fuss.

Enticed into booking with £50 off before end of March. Thought price would go up, it didn't, it went down!

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH GREAT RAIL JOURNEYS
I went to Japan with your company and was treated aggressively and appallingly by the local guide which ruined my and my friend's holiday . He shouted at us and we were unable to benefit from his services considering that it was also the British guide's first visit to Japan and she knew nothing / we could only benefit from the local guide's knowledge. When we complained your company did nothing ABSOLUTELEY NOTHING to remedy the situation. Your customer care has been almost non existent. I will never ever travel with your company again and I am telling everyone in my networks not to travel with you . I am proud that I persuaded about 6 people not to travel with you and I will continue to tell everyone what your company is really like when it comes to resolving issues
