All my questions were answered & everything went smoothly

Answered phone right away. Answered all questions.

The website was pretty easy and efficient to use, but I did request a call just to get a few questions answered but no one ever called. I reserved the trip we wanted anyway.

Did not enjoy the 35hr train ride it was too long. Concession staff was very rude, The bathrooms were not clean and stocked with paper products. Once we arrived at Whitefish and met motorcoach everything was better, All accomodations were great my favorite was rustic inn in Jackson hole, least favorite Lake Powell had to take suitcase up the stairs, Disappointed that we didn't have dinner cruise. Linda was a great tour guide and especially enjoyed Dan, Yellowstone guide. Our bus driver Mylan was super, very kind and safe. Did not enjoy Barts steakhouse too noisy and couldn't talk to fellow travelers during farewell dinner. Enjoyed Ebenezers show too. Loved all the beautiful scenery that we saw.

It was great. The person helping us was very professional and helpful.

The agent that helped was very responsible and personable.

I thought someone was to call me. So far I have not heard from anyone.
I would like twin beds. My wife and I are in the eighties, we cannot use bunk beds.

While all have been pleasant I left 4 messages for a call back and did not get so I used the website. The website is difficult to use ,offered 2025 deals… I did write in and got a swift response which increase from 2 to 3 star, I appreciated the swift response but had we not already committed to travel with another 2 possibly 4 friends we would have not proceeded with your company.

The first time I was not sure of my granddaughter's birthdate and information. In addition they'd said she might have a job or be in school so I wasn't sure she would be able to go. Not wanting to waste money, I put her mother's name down as I knew her birthdate and she would be available. Thinking I could switch out. However, they said one could not change without annulling the reservation and would be charge with a newer price. So I canceled that one, because I hadn't paid on it yet. I now have the reservation I wanted but have had to pay over 400$ more. Not happy though inevitable. And as a widow I do not like the idea of having to pay more for a trip since I'm now single after 51 years. So taking someone along gives me more pleasure for the price. And a bit of assistance for my old bones.

I called when I thought I might have double booked and found out everything was good. The directions were clear; I had just had an Internet connection issue earlier. I really like the GRV website and the booking process. I look forward to my Swiss vacation next year.
