I have used Cellmark for my newt eDNA surveys for the last three years and have found them very dependable. The survey kits are fine, reports are provided promptly and if I have had any queries there is always someone available to talk to over the phone. I have never had any concerns about the analytical results.
All good - found them on the internet, ordered and paid for the sets which turned up in the post with simple to follow instructions. Sent back by Royal Mail and then received the results two weeks later. The only criticism if any was I don’t actually know if the samples had been received except I had tracking on them.

Very efficient and treated us like people rather than a robot. I have forgotten the date but it was early spring
