Just completed 10 weeks nutrition plan with John , having worked with John before ive known him for a few years he isnt a faceless corporate he is an accesible regular bloke with a passion for his work so i knew when i needed a hand getting my lifestyle in check after christmas John was the only place to turn . Ive lost 52lbs on plan , if you are honest with John and yourself it works , simple as that ! Im really happy with my progress and not only that John has also added my daughter into the check ins giving her praise and advice as she joined me 'on plan' reaching her teens she wanted to make an effort for herself and to support me ! He didnt have to do that it lights up her day getting her check in ! She also lost over a stone with Johns help ! If you want to make a change for literally the price of a saturday night take away John is your man !

John is great to work with, he cares about your results and giving you the platform to achieve these. I lost over 30lbs in 10 weeks all whilst having a plan that’s sustainable (which was key for me) If you are serious about making a change and keeping it sustainable reach out to John you wont regret it!

He’s there all the time to offer advice and support and always quick to respond to questions and concerns. Not for me I’m afraid even though the 5⭐️ reviews made me give them a go, i bought the supressa capsule 2 weeks in done nothing but gave me an upset stomach, a waste off money

Fantastic customer service. After ordering, my parcel was left outside by royal mail, I never received this.
Emailed explaining, and within 48hours a replacement was with me.

I'm afraid these do not do 'exactly the same' as a weight loss jab.
I bought the full set (drops, tablets and gummies) and they're not as effective as I'd like them to be.
The drops are probably the most effective, as I'm not hungry in the morning after taking them. They make me feel full and a bit nauseous actually (which I don't mind) so I could probably last until lunch time. They do not cancel my food noise though.
The tablets and the gummies aren't for me really and didn't feel as effective.
The drops and the gummies taste good which is great - I've now tried many many shakes, drinks and gummies and these taste the best.
If they work for you - great because they're definitely value for money.
I just worry that alot of these reviews have been paid for.

As a female in the bodybuilding industry, I have been a huge fan of the John Clarke nutrition range for a few years now and can honestly say these products are 100% amazing quality and do exactly what they say.
The Shilijit is by far the best I have ever used and I have been a fan for many years but this one is my absolute go too as it is the real deal along with the suppressa products too.
Super fast delivery and customer service is excellent, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Definitely give it a go.

I ordered some shilajit. And it did arrive fast but the substance what was inside tastes and looks like caramel. Shilajit should be bitter to the taste and this is definitely not bitter. Upon contacting the company to dispute the item, I was told that it may be sweet because it is harvested from an area that may give it the sett taste. However putr shilajit is never sweet. Bad product and the correspondence from the company was poor.

I ordered the suppressa stack and it came within two days. It does exactly as it says and suppresses appetite. I’m forcing myself to eat. The support is also first class always a reply to any queries within less than a day. I’ve now subscribed to receive my order monthly.

Reta Review. This product definately works it takes I would say around a week to take effect. I now don’t eat breakfast anymore so go from around 7pm till 1pm the next afternoon before I eat . I’ve lost 5 pound in two weeks on them over the moon!

I really can’t recommend the JC Suppressa range enough. I’ve been using the drops, pills and the gummies, and together they’ve made a noticeable difference for me. One of the biggest positives has been how much they’ve helped quieten the constant food noise I used to deal with.

It’s definitely something you need to give time. For me, it took just over a week before I felt the benefits, but once I did, everything felt much more manageable. I’m no longer mindlessly snacking in the evenings and now feel satisfied eating regular meals throughout the day.

I’ve already lost nearly a stone, and it finally feels like I’m in a really good place with my eating.

been on suppressa drops a week now & absolutely no difference, even bought the super slim gummies, still useless, sorry John but these are just money making gimmicks, ...if its too good to be true.. you either pay for the good reviews (& delete the bad) or i have a dodgy batch, again just being honest

Amazing products as always even when I first started John contacted me via Instagram and asked what I was hoping for via results. And gave great guidance. I have also found that all my products many different that I have ordered have been amazing. On one occasion they sent me the wrong supplement from a stack and I emailed them a day later the correct item arrived. This company are amazing all is third party tested also so you know what your getting. I would highly recommend.
