Kelly is a very professional hair stylist. She inquired about the type of cut that I preferred and made sure that I was satisfied with the length of my hair upon completion. Very kind, friendly and top notch!

Great clips in Porterville is a great place to get a hair cut the employees there are very courteous and always friendly and get through the long line of customers in a timely manner were always greated with a smile the minute we walk in. When I get in line over the online app the time is usually the time they first give you give or take a minute. And the end results are always better than what I expected. Also Amy hair products I need and did not know how to use are always explained and in detail of what type of shampoo my hair type needs to have volume and shine since I straighten my hair on a daily basis.

Why have online check In if you get there 15 minutes from receiving your 15 minutes text and they say your time has expired.

Want a cheep and quick haircut? Go anywhere else because their system is a wast of time

Hair stylist did not listen to what I asked for. I asked her to not cut the previously layered portion of the longer sides along the sides of my face so I could still put it in a ponytail and she cut those anyway. I told her I did not like the way she cut the bangs. Then she said "well you're just a (and then she mumbled something)". I asked her to repeat what she said and she would not. I consider this extremely rude. This is the second time I have had a negative experience at this location. Will be going to another (farther away) location next time.

I wanted shampoo & haircut @ Bryant Sq Edmond ok. The manager Brittany did not wet all my hair and put little shampoo and didn't rinse good. Had to reshampoo at home . Left one side of hair much longer so I have had to cut a lot at home. Needless to say it is a mess. Rate 0.

I have been having my hair cut at Great Clips in Quarry Lake, Baltimore, Maryland for many years and I am always pleased with the outcome. However I recently have been having my hair cut by Theresa, and all I can say is that she is OUTSTANDING!!! Not only is she excellent at cutting my hair, but she is one of the most sweetest, kindest and friendiest people I have ever met. So If you want a most excellent hair cut experience, then go to this Great Clips and ask for Theresa!!!!!!

I go to the upper Arlington great clips been going for couple years. I only use Brittany basically because I like her dedication she’s the only one there that really seems to care about the job their ther for. Gave me her phone number so I can check her schedule. Love her service and dedication!!!

They allowed an employee at the Gulf Coast Mall to treat me with disrespect, and then no one has responded to a complaint that I filed. I have gone to several locations around the country for the past 7-8 years and have always been treated fantastic tell now. Extremely disappointed with the corporate company and the local franchise.

I went to great clips lewisburg pa the stylest was in a rush I want say she rude but very short more interested in the other employee conversation cut my hair way to short n when asked how wasthis what could I say put some back on if I go back I will not allow her to cut my hair I didn't like the hair cut but I still tipped her I second guess that decision.

I recently visited this Great Clips location at 8100 Wyoming Blvd, Albuquerque, and had an extremely disappointing and distressing experience. During my haircut, the stylist used an unsuitable, overly sharp clipper that caused multiple cuts to my neck. The pain and burning were so severe that I had to return to the salon immediately after leaving.

The manager acknowledged the injury, sanitized the area with alcohol, and applied antibacterial cream, which only intensified the burning sensation. I have attached photos showing the injuries to my neck for clarity.

What made this situation worse was the response from Great Clips customer service and managers/owners. They downplayed the injury, saying they “didn’t think it was serious” based on a photo they saw and even told me I shouldn’t have gone to a doctor. I found this response completely inappropriate and dismissive, especially since I was in significant pain and sought medical attention to ensure the cuts were properly treated. Their solution? Offering me two free haircuts, which is insulting given the circumstances.

This demonstrates a serious lack of care and accountability from both the salon staff and owners/managers. I am sharing this review so others are aware and can make an informed choice. Injuries like this are unacceptable in a professional salon, and I sincerely hope that Great Clips will address this issue to ensure it does not happen to others.

well i go one in salisbury maryland been going there for awile kat does my hair she like the manger there every time always cuts my hair everytime and always looks good when she does it

My husband went in for a low fade & the lady screwed his head up so bad. Hair is very uneven, cut wayyyy too high, & she even tried cutting the top after he told her several times exactly how he wanted the cut. He is beyond angry & still had to pay for the terrible service he received. I called corporate & was told someone would get ahold of us “in a timely manner” whenever that is. There was another customer waiting when this all happened & got up & left after she said something to the “stylist” about how she even heard what my husband wanted & didn’t want her hair messed up as well. Yes hair grows back eventually. But a bad hair cut completely screws a persons self esteem & day. Sooo yeah thanks for ruining the day

I had a haircut today at Great Clips, looked good from the front. Get home & wife sees the back of my head. Bad gap on left side rear of head, center rear of my head looks like a bottle cap plug was plucked out of my hair. I returned to G.C. & complained, my stylist offered a refund or recut, I responded that she wasn't qualified to be a dog groomer & I want be back.

This was a amazing visit! This store is just soooo underrated best hair stylist ever and vandon who was so nice so talented. And this was the best hair styling store I have ever been to all in all amazing over 5 stars and beyond✨✨🤩

My girl at Bardmoore Promenade had retired so I let the new girl do My hair I have a short haircut. Very easy to do. I told her do not cut the bangs. Do not cut the sides trim up the top. All I have is a short spiky haircut. Ask her to use a razor her comment. Oh my razor pulls. When I cut with it I said well if you have a new blade in it it should not pull. She continues to cut with the thinning shears. She cut the bangs before I could say anything. Then she had to even up the mangs I kept telling her cut off of the top. She cut my hair so short thinned it out so much. I'm almost bald. That will be the last time I go back to Great clips that location anyway I do not know her name because she didn't introduce herself

I went to the Stouffville location today for my first time ever and I am happy with my hair! The check-in system works with my schedule and the location was very clean, chemical free and friendly.

My visit at Great Clips was a positive experience! The hairdresser was professional enough to give my haircut in a quick and successful manner. I got my haircut done in the way I wanted it, which made me feel satisfied. The waiting time was fast enough to where I got my haircut as soon as I entered Great Clips, thanks to their online check-in service. I’d highly recommend going to Great Clips, if you want to meet hairdressers who will listen and cut your hair the way you want it.
