Deeply unsatisfied with the quality of work. Two lazy stylists with no one else in the building,not courteous.Bad customer service.I have had better work done at lower prices.They need to know that rolling their eyes at a customer thinking the latter wont notice, wont get them more business.The stylist refused to do what I wanted and outright stated that she had spent enough time on me even though there were no other customers. Wont recommend the one at 7505 E 35th Ave Ste 320, Denver,CO to anyone looking forward to relax and have quality work done.Certainly not going back there ever again or to any other Great Clips! Would give zero stars if I could.

Went to Great Clips a few weeks ago I wanted to say thank you to Mari-Lynn for the great haircut, my first time at this location since I have moved from Milton she made me feel welcome and, very friendly.
Overall great experience will definitely go back.

They gave me a Chinese hair cut and I wanted a cristiano Ronaldo haircut.

Friendly customer service. Very convenient application for booking appointments. Prices were very reasonable. The only issue is at the application does not correlate with how many people they actually have in the business and can mislead people into how long they can actually expect to wait.

Jamie was very polite, professional and offered many options. She clarified prior to cutting and after cutting showed me and asked if that was enough or if I wanted more trimmed. She offered style and even though I knew the cost was more I decided to go ahead because she made me feel comfortable.

I went to get a haircut and wanted to get a curtain hairstyle. But instead, they gave me a low taper fade. It was so uneven and not what I wanted. So, please bring some new hires.

Great Clips in Arbor Springs in Newnan GA are amazing. Valerie and Beamer are THE BEST! I am thrilled with the customer service and care at Arbor Springs. You will not regret going there. Awesome!

I had a deeply disappointing and discriminatory experience at the Great Clips located at 4030 N Hwy 29, Newnan, GA 30265. This location appears to have a double standard when it comes to the services they offer to Black women.

While they offer perms for Caucasian women, they do not provide equivalent services for Black women. I visited this location seeking a roller set—a basic and common service. Although I brought my own rollers and the stylist was willing to complete the service, the manager told him he could not do my hair. The stylist expressed discomfort, saying he wouldn’t ask me to leave since I was already there, but ultimately, the service was denied.

When I asked the manager why services were being offered to one race and not another, she simply said, “That’s just the policy.” She identified herself as the manager and directed me to customer service. After calling, I was told the owner would contact me. When the owner reached out, I explained the situation. She told me they only offer perms and could not accommodate my needs. She also claimed she would discontinue perms for Caucasian customers entirely. However, when I returned a month later with my mother and son for haircuts, I witnessed a Caucasian customer receiving a perm—clearly contradicting her statement.

This experience was frustrating, hurtful, and discriminatory. It’s clear that Black customers are not treated equally at this location. I will never support this Great Clips again, and I hope they reflect seriously on their policies and practices.

Great Clips, please hire better stylists at your salons. I will never return to a Great Clips again — every visit feels like a gamble, and more often than not, I leave with way more of my hair cut off than I asked for. It’s incredibly frustrating to consistently receive rushed, careless service. I deserve to feel heard and respected, not disappointed and upset. Do better.

I had a concerning interaction with Katie from Hayden Rd. in Scottsdale. She spoke to me in a condescending tone, which was unprofessional and disrespectful. Her behavior and attitude suggest a lack of management skills and a disinterest in her role.

The store's consistently short-staffed and disorganized state, including dirty tools and unkempt facilities, may be symptomatic of deeper issues. Katie's frequent complaints and negative demeanor, including wearing casual attire to work, contribute to a poor work environment.

I believe it would be beneficial for Katie to reassess her career choices, as her current role does not seem to be a good fit.

First time at Great Clips and was truly so happy when I left. My stylist cut my hair exactly how I wanted it. I haven't gone to a salon in over 10 yrs because the stylists do a terrible job. Great Clips and my stylist will now be my "go to" when I need my hair cut. Great job!!!!

She complained about my hair and proceeded to cut it shorter then what I wanted won’t go here again

I went to the Great Clips in Sun City Center, FL. Gail gave me a great haircut! She is professional, very thorough, and has a happy, great attitude. I'll be using her again.

To start off I showed the lady a picture of a haircut and she did not give me what I wanted. She didn’t even ask what I wanted on the top. Instead of the low taper fade I wanted she gave me a buzz. I would never go here if you want a good haircut. I would venture to say I would rather cut off my fingers then go here again. Please take into consideration before going here!

been twice since i drove 15 miles after checking on the app. says im next. Walk in and employee yells they were here first! It shows im next on their screen, checked in earlier, says gonna be 46 min. So i left. Week later which is today, drive all the way over there, says come to counter im next, i walk in and now showes 2 people in front of me says get you in we we can. They dont follow their own app. Dont give a dam about their customers, Been going there for years, no more. this is at leon springs tx right outside of san antonio. market place. do your self a favor and dont go there!
