i only wanted some information on costings, if they had concessions for those on incapacity benefits, what the speeds are, etc. it took me to a form to fill out my details, i clicked next expecting to see a query section, instead i received a "we will let you know when you are set up". when what is set up? i haven't chosen anything!?! i am in the help and support section! and their customer services is nonexistent! i cant get hold of anyone! ridiculous! i will not be signing up for their internet! very poor service so far and i only wanted some information!

I recently switched to Gigabit IQ from Gigaclear after frequent issues with reliability, and the difference has been huge. My previous connection was frustratingly inconsistent, but since moving, everything has been smooth and dependable.
The upload and download speeds are super fast, which has made a noticeable impact on my day-to-day work, especially when working from home. Video calls, large file transfers, and general browsing are all seamless now.
I’m very happy with the service so far and would highly recommend Gigabit IQ. It may cost a bit more each month, but it is absolutely worth it for the reliability and performance you get in return.

Whenever I’ve contact Gigabit IQ, they are extremely helpful, courteous and friendly.
I rang with a billing query which was fixed fast. I mentioned something that could be an issue due to the challenging layout of my house. It has been extended many times so that several over 1 foot thick solid walls that were external, are now internal and difficult for wi-fi signals to get through. The Gigabit IQ person understood the challenge and helped me adjust the position of the mesh devices resulting in a stronger signal in areas of my house.
I’m so pleased that I moved my internet provider to this company.

My experience at my home address: after being one of the first customers to enrol, years before the service was rolled out in Grayshott, Grayshott Gigabit never managed to get me connected at my home address - if you rely on your customers giving you consent to pass on the fibre cable to their neighbours after they are connected, why not make that consent a condition in their contract? The mind boggles...
My experience at my business premises (also in Grayshott): after a flying start, things turned sour when I moved out of the premises and was trying to be helpful by putting the new tenant and Gigabit in touch with each other. Instead of jumping at the chance, Gigabit first charged me £49 for an entra month of service beyond my moving out date, then tried to charge me £120 for a "late return" of the router (even though I returned said router when the new tenant was dragging their heels deciding whether to sign up with Gigabit). Charge for a late return, if you have just charged for an additional month of service as well??? If this was all for lack of contact or communication, fair game. Yet I was in almost daily contact, explaining exactly what was going on and why. For what is ultimately a small company, this was, yet again, a very disappointing experience. Luckily I had cancelled my Direct Debit after they charged beyond my move out date, so they couldn't also take the £120. Of course they will not refund the extra payment without me reinstating the DD. Based on their messages, I do not trust that they will only refund rather than come up with another charge and take more money. So I've walked away. I'd rather be out of pocket than deal with them anymore...
Response to the Gigabit reaction to my review: I completely agree that full transparency and facts are important. So let me add some:
On home address - Access Limitations: one of our neighbours most definitely opted in to your service. It was the neighbour next to them (who was already enjoying your service) that refused to extend the cabling from his house to our neighbour's, so if your contracts do grant you the right to extend service to neighbouring homes then there was no reason no to - yet you did not.
On Business Premises - Service and Equipment: at no point did you state that it was not possible for the router to be passed on to the next tenant. I could have returned the router early if that would have been made clear from the start. Between 22 August and 2 September I sent multiple emails to get your acknowledgment of my end of service date (end of August) and that the router remained at the premises at the request of the next tenant. No response, until a next monthly invoice for September. Your explanation for the charge was that the next tenant had not taken out a contract yet the router was still at the premises. With September service paid, surely the new deadline for returning the router was end of September? So I arranged return of the router on the 10th of September (3 weeks early). You still tried to charge me on the 12th of September for a late return of the router and I have just received ANOTHER monthly invoice for October.
So your assertion that you cancelled the service and the charge as soon as you received the router back is not true. In fact, you STILL have not cancelled the service, have you?
On why equipment must be returned: if you had sent me that paragraph when I first told you the next tenant had asked to keep use of the router, I would have handed it in on the 22nd of August, a week before my requested termination of service.
On Refunds and Direct Debits: if I had not cancelled my Direct Debit after you took the September payment, you would have taken £120 on Sept 12th and you currently still have a next payment scheduled for October the 8th. So forgive me if I do not trust your intention to send me a refund.
My early termination fee was not valid as I have moved out of the UK.
In terms of resolving this privately, it turns out that you are more responsive on a public platform. Privately, I have already emailed you to now REALLY cancel the charges and leave me to get on with my life.

Gigabit mentions trust on their page. So far they have caused me to have two contracts with two providers as they said they would cancel my old provider (leave it to us!) which you neither did not told me. Now you are not responding to me!

We had a problem with our television and before forking out hundreds of pounds for a new one, we called GigabitIQ on the off-chance they could help. Mike answered our call and talked us through what we needed to do and after just a few minutes, the problem was resolved and no new television needed! Thanks Mike, you’re unfailingly helpful, friendly and patient - an absolute star!

Mike, and the Gigabit IQ team, have been a superb support to bring fibre optic cable into our house. Mike has personally attended at each stage of the installation to make sure that Gigaclear's work has been done properly. Gigaclear even quoted £3,000 for installation and Mike was able to get this reduced to zero charge. He liaised with Disking - a local IT services company - to complete the final stage of installation and switch on. We now have a reliable wifi with a massive 1Gbps speed. Thank you to the Gigabit IQ team and especially to Mike for his patience and advice at every step of the way!

Gigabit IQ’s engineer helped us to get the cable to the location we needed within our house, and helped by doing their Fibre planning survey, that they shared with Gigaclear. This meant that the delays we had faced with Gigaclear before were mitigated, and having the local Gigabit IQ team helped to get us connected straight away. We were really impressed with the service from Gigabit IQ, as they’re a local service provider, rather than use Gigaclear who had failed installations previously.”

Do not buy from this company as they are a fake organisation being run by a silly charlatan founder who goes by the name Mashood. You can Google him on Company House website. The company itself was founded last year 2024 and do not have the infrastructure to run a telecommunications company with proper customer service. Save your money and steer clear from this company! I have also reported the company to authorities for further investigation into their operations.

If I could go for 10 stars, then I would.
Everything has been perfect, an internet fibre dream.
From my initial contact, through to now it’s been a perfect relationship.
GigabitIQ’s (Grayshott) OTT service has indeed been OTT.
My installation ran like a dream, with Mike on site overseeing at all times.
Human responses to my emails have been quicker than an automated out of office.
Follow up site visits from Mike have been prompt, very helpful and nothing short of perfect.
The Security and Parental controls available via the GigabitIQ App are pure brilliance, I finally have a child proof solution and one that blocks VPNs as well.
My internet speed is faster than I could have ever wished for and with the Mesh set up we can wi-fi throughout the house.
My experience to date has been 100% perfect. This company are like no other company I have dealt with in years (likely ever), they will blow any ISP out of the park..
Don’t look any further, don’t hesitate, once you have full fibre (FTTP) with these guys, you will be super happy. Working from home and internet happiness has taken on a whole new speed meaning. And the kids no longer complain of laggy wifi when gaming.

Gigabit IQ has been fantastic! The internet speed is consistently fast, which makes streaming and working online a breeze. Customer service is responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. I have never really paid attention to what my broadband provider gave me, but the Gigabitiq team were so thorough and talked me through everything. I love how easy it is to use the app. The family safeguard is amazing, it's so easy to use and I can block certain websites and apps that the children are too young for. I have been with Grayshott Gigabit for the past two trouble free years but today I woke up to no internet. A quick call to the support number and within 10 minutes an engineer was at the door with a new router, I was back up and running in no time at all. Other suppliers might be a few quid cheaper, I don't know, I haven't looked, but this type of local support when you are working from home is priceless.
