We bought a new car from Gravells, Abergavenny. The staff were very helpful, approachable and not pushy at all. They were very knowledgable and they listened to our requirements. We were able to test drive a range of vehicles to help us decide our preference and the team also went to extra efforts to arrange for a specific car we were interested in, for us to test. In particular we received a great level of service from Laura and Andy. We were very happy with our experience.

Very friendly and welcoming + Free Hot Drinks have been coming here for nearly 2 years + Car wash ONLY £1, Yes ONLY £1 and a nice cuppa while you wait Approx 20 Mins. Got a good deal on my first Kia.

Recommend that you don’t sign up for the “service plan”
Gravells idea of a service plan is changing the oil and oil filter and nothing else for £300.
Anything else like air filter, pollen filter or any other serviceable item you pay as an additional charge which will also include the ridiculous hourly charge plus vat.
And you can guarantee there will be other items they recommend you do.
It’ll be a very long time if ever I’ll return to Gravells.

Received a letter telling me my loyalty as a customer hadn’t gone unnoticed and they had “good news to tell me about my current vehicle” was given a reference number, that it’s not a mass communication and told to phone on Valentine’s Day. Which as you can imagine makes you think they’ll at you’re going to win/get offered something. So I did as everyone would do. Wait and phone on the specified day - Valentine’s Day. It was a sales pitch and not a good one. They gentleman was frank and told me that they were looking for people to part ex their vehicles and they have deals on. He asked if I was interested. I was honest and said it’s not something I’d considered and he tried to book me in for a consultation. I declined and he told me I can give my letter to anyone I know who is looking to part ex and it didn’t even matter whether is it was me. This has soured my opinion of Gravells. This was a cheap and scummy attempt at a sales pitch trying to write it that they care and we’re going to offer something to me as a customer. I definitely don’t feel valued. I would issue a complaint but there’s no option on the website. Edit - it was not my intention for the sales rep to get in bother but rather that I think it very tactless of the hr/marketing team to think it appropriate to send letters of such a misleading nature on Valentine’s Day. People don’t feel valued as a customer by being directed to the sales team for n hopes they part ex and upgrade their vehicle. Perhaps something for marketing/hr to consider?

Excellent customer service, especially Chloe who was polite, excellent communication and support with a car problem. She also went the extra mile with after care and showed me how the problem was resolved.

I had a great experience with Kia Gravels Swansea this morning. The staff were welcoming charming and helpful. Leighanne was delightful and kindly sorted out the MOT and my next service. My service was done in an hour and the car beautifully washed. I was able to order a new car as the Kia Nero I wanted had come back on the Motability scheme and to my delight the boot is now bigger and so my solid frame wheelchair fits in more easily. This was a welcome surprise. Robert John was super reassuring and helpful organising the new order and demonstrating the model. All in all very positive indeed. Many thanks.

I'm over the moon with my new Kia Sportage. Dan was very kind and curtious and had all the information I needed to know and more. This has been my best experience buying a new car. Gravells are definitely the go-to garage for your next new car. Highly recommended.

Gravells Bridgend a superb Kia dealership. Andy Bollen is so incredibly helpful and really does the best for his customers. Claire Lavender manages the service desk making the servicing experience run like clock work. The whole team are so customer focused and genuine it really sets them apart.

Very high level of customer service and communication from Gravells during the purchase of our Kia Xceed, Callum was first class in arranging our paperwork and delivery, especially given the distance involved. Tom undertook the mammoth drive and took time to explain all the controls etc. Both guys are a great advert for the company. We are very happy with our car. We'll done all round. The overall friendliness of the staff here made the experience of collecting my new Sportage so enjoyable.
In particular Daniel who was amazing. He dealt with everything for me, all the details, so that it all went smoothly and efficiently.
He knows his subject well too and was able to answer all and any questions. All with a lovely manner, and it made the entire process very enjoyable - it was fun!

Picked up my new Niro 3 today, been a bit of a wait but well worth it, from start to finish it’s been so smooth.
Tom has been great from the star, arranging to have my dash cam fitted, boot liner and private plate,I work in the motor trade but Tom took the time to go though all the controls and explained each one, so glad I went to Kia Swansea.

I took mine and my sons car to the gravells garage in abergavenny/Llanfoist for our mot.
They were very friendly and professional.
They contacted me as soon as they had been done to let me know they both passed.
Amazing service for £40 they even wash your car before you collect it, definitely recommend and will always go back there for our mot's.
