We had our “old” kia sportage repaired here. Service was outstanding. We have recently had our MOT and pre paid service plan, perfect. Customer service was excellent and service dept excellent cannot say well enough how excellent Gravells are, we have an existing service with vertu and Gravells wins hands down. Friendliest, competence and value Thank you❤️

After visiting a local dealerships and test driving a Renault Megane we were set on the car, however not so taken by the dealerships. Previously having a Kia and dealing with Gravells Abergavenny, I think we had been spoilt and expected the same great experience. When we found a Gravells in Kidwelly that also specialised in Renault we deemed the longer journey to the dealership well worth it! And it was. Gareth was brilliant; friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout. Really pleased with the exceptional customer service and the car. Thanks Gareth!

Second time writing this 1 star rating as Gravells clearly had my review removed for speaking the truth. I've had nothing but terrible service since I started going there. Leased 3 cars over 5 years and each time I book on for MOT, I'm lied to stating that they tried calling to cancel. They even slyly added 2 payments of service when I went to pay a deposit for my car, even though I specifically told them I didn't want it. I've had one service out of it, and I've recently booked the car into another garage for my second serviced despite already paying Gravells. Receptionist is so unprofessional. I will never ever return.

I had initial problems with the MOT and servicing of my Renault Captur when Gravells took over the Hereford Renault dealership. My service plan could not be transferred by EMAC because of the change of dealership but the servicing was honored by Gravells with what was left in the pot when I had to cancel the plan at no extra cost to myself. The MOT could not be completed because the systems were not in place after the dealership transfer with the added complication that the old dealership did not have any follow up plans to inform customers when both the service and MOT, in particular, were due. I can confidently say that with the new dealership there is now a full and robust system in place where their valued customers will now be informed when a Service and MOT are due. I found the reception staff Samatha and Rebecca, also Shaun the new after sales manager very efficient in the way they solved the issues I had during the dealership transfer to my complete satisfaction, well done.

For the second time in 18 months I have had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Shepherd at Gravells Dacia Hereford. He had previously provided me with excellent service and I was very pleased and relieved that he was able to assist me once again with the change-over of a Motability vehicle. He is very professional, knowledgeable and eager to offer his guidance and help in every way. As previously I greatly valued his assistance in the change-over, which he made a pleasurable experience.

Getting my Kia service orgainised with Gravell's was the most frustrating experience I have ever had with any company. Two months from start to finish. I won't go into the full story, but a particular highlight was learning that an online booking isn't actually a booking - "Someone should have phoned you" - and it would be a further three weeks before they could fit it in. When it finally happened I lost a week's work while they waited for a part, followed by "We *might* get it fixed tomorrow". I had to threaten a sit-in in their showroom in order to get them to finally pull their finger out.
I was planning on changing my car this year. It won't be a Kia because there's no way I'm dealing with Gravells again.

Not a pleasent experience. Gravells appear to be focussed on selling, rather than fixing cars. Firstly sent an online 'check in' which was basically what other services do you want to add and pay for. In Gravells at Llansamlet asked if I wanted to set up a 2 year service plan, again costing money for a 10 year old car. No I don't. One of the things I had asked them to look at was the engine light, which was coming on, they didn't. This would have been useful and I would have been prepared to pay for this. This appears to be set up to get as much money as possible from customers without actually providing much of a service.

Gravell’s Bridgend. Went along to the showroom to check the colours on the new KIA EV3. On arrival we were met by the salesman Daniel Thomas. He was polite, helpful and didn’t pressure us in anyway for a sale. However, the advice and deal he offered us was excellent. So much so we ended up ordering the new car without hesitation. He gave us accurate and precise information. We were informed frequently regarding the update of delivery and collection of the vehicle. When we arrived to collect our new KIA EV3, we were also met by Carwyn, who thanked us for choosing to buy the vehicle from Gravell’s Bridgend. I would definitely recommend them both. We would definitely purchase a car from them again in the future.

I have visited a lot of dealerships recently and Gravells Narberth far exceeded all the others. My very first visit I was greeted promptly with offers of assistance and felt comfortable to browse until I needed further help, which came quickly when I asked. The sales team were knowledgeable and friendly, in fact, all the staff there seem professional and courteous. The dealership was busy and there are a lot of cars to see, both new and used but with the sales team’s help it became enjoyable to narrow down my choices to the perfect fit, which I collected within a week of placing the order. Special mention to the General Manager, Jason Boucher for his help in proceedings and well done for running such a great dealership. Recommendations all around
