Naomi brings more than 15 years’ experience across higher education, international education and edtech. Her work includes assessment workflow redesign and Moodle process support at LSE, including phased pilot planning across 26 departments; large-scale professional learning with Nord Anglia Education, reaching 8,000+ educators; and quality assurance and learning design improvement work with Aula.

I worked with Naomi at LSE on a project to streamline assessment processes across the institution, and she was extraordinary throughout. The productivity alone was hard to believe; she produced a full, comprehensive suite of user-facing reference guides covering genuinely complex assessment workflows in a matter of weeks, and the quality was there from the first draft. What made her exceptional wasn't just the output, though. Naomi moved fluidly across whatever the project needed: whether it was tailoring and facilitating live workshops for professional services staff and academics, building entire interactive Moodle courses from scratch for multiple role pathways to provide asynchronous learning, or producing and running end-to-end testing scripts and processes to manage quality assurance and support development (and plenty more besides!). She mucked in with a real sense of care for both the people she worked with and the people the work was ultimately for, and it showed in everything she produced. If you need someone thoughtful, capable, and genuinely invested in getting it right, I cannot recommend her highly enough.
