I have been using Karmic now for a good while, I have to say that I no longer use creams as they seem to clog my pores as I get older, the oil suits my skin perfectly, it absorbs very easily and gives me a noticeable glow to my skin, I simply adore this product, please don't ever change it.

I've been using Karmic face oil for a few months now. It is a beautiful oil and my face is now glowing. I'm really impressed with the oil and one bottle is long lasting. I'm converted and really recommend this oil.

I am not happy with the customer service. I have been trying to reach them to send a product back (Pot of Gold) since it dries my skin when cleaning. I have also reached them in Instagram, and still waiting for an answer. Do I need to think that the 30days refund policy is misleading??? Very disappointing the whole experience. I also bought on the same order Sleepytime Gelly and while I will keep it, I doubt I will buy it again.

I ordered products however when the parcel arrived, the packaging was damaged and there were no products. I emailed Karmic and they sent another parcel, which was received the following day. They were amazing. Thank you

I’ve used their Sunlight Serum and Moonlight Serum facial oils several times, but I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. The oils have an overpowering fragrance, feel far too greasy and sticky, and simply sit on the skin rather than being absorbed.

After using Karmic Skin products, I developed a painful rash and experienced intense itching. It’s also disappointing to read comments from other customers who have either never received a refund or are still waiting for any response from this company.

I agree that this company is quick to respond and friendly on social media when dealing with potential or first-time customers. However, if someone is dissatisfied with their product, requests a refund, or raises a complaint, they appear to ignore messages and fail to respond at all.

This is not how any company should treat its customers, particularly one that is still relatively small and not widely established. I find it completely unacceptable.

I also have concerns about the company’s transparency. I haven’t been able to find a physical business address, telephone number, or customer service email address—only social media accounts. Although the company presents itself as being UK-based, it appears to operate from India. It’s also unclear where the products are manufactured or where the ingredients are sourced.

Ultimately, it’s up to each individual to decide whether these products are right for them. As for me, it’s a definite NO.

I contacted the company to start the refund process as the fragrance is too strong for my sensitive skin. Unfortunately after contacting on FB and writing to them, I’m yet to receive any response.

I bought some products (day and night oils) which are excellent. I decided to try some other products. I misread the manufactured dates and emailed to ask about the freshness of the products. I received a detailed, considered reply which more than addressed all of my concerns. All in all excellent products and excellent service.

The Sun Oil is light and actually makes the skin smooth, fades the spots. The result was evident within a few days.

Love the Karmic Sunlight serum. I put in on my skin every morning before SPF. I bought it to test once and I have repurchased. Highly recommended!

Love the packaging, and straight away the smell of the serums just wow, been using 5 weeks and love the products, will b buying again when I run out, which will be a while as seem to be lasting forever

I've actually been using this for a while now , one for night smells peppery ,one for day time to me it smells like cola cubes ....
I love both of them...
I'm 57 and I don't know if people I've not seen in a while are just being friendly and nice saying I look more like 37 ..... Only thing is this karmic skin , I'm not one for foundation I hate clogging up my pores...
I do have a more natural glow now youthful and skin feels so soft

As with other users the customer service is non-existant. They advertise a 30 day money back but don't respond! The products are overwhelmingly strongly scented and though advertised for sensitive skin I have found it an irritant. Spent quite a lot of money and going to try a chargeback next. But I shouldn't have to!!

Bought the set. It's all lovely, although the SPF cream does leave a bit of a white cast, the rest of the products make up for that one product.

I have bought the KARMIC Sunlight and Moonlight serum and have used it for the past 18/20 days. My initial concerns of some fine wrinkles lines round my eyes and pigmentation has definitely seemed to improve but have noticed some dryness around my nose. I had thought the serums are oil based so wouldn’t cause the dryness but that doesn’t seem to be the case.
I use around 6 drops of the serum for every application. Overall it’s a 4/5…

I am so disappointed with this company. I made a large purchase of just under £100 on this brand in May. I emailed Karmic on the 20th of May to explain ive experienced a reaction using the day cream and would like to return it for a refund, in line with their policy. I did not receive a response. I emailed again on the 25th May and still NO RESPONSE. I cant believe they treat their customers like this. Im really appalled as I am enjoying using the day and night serum and the night-time jelly. However I refuse to give a reveiw on these products untill my query regarding the day cream is answered. Karmic please respond to this post.

Customer Services have now sorted out the return. The emails were coming into my junk inbox instead of my inbox, will be returning the item asap.

If I could give no stars then I would. The customer service, well the lack of, has been awful to say the least. Their website states that products can be returned within 30 days of receiving the items if the customer isn’t happy. I’m not happy with the products I bought and have been trying to return them for 2 weeks now.
The products were extremely oily and just sat on the skin, making my face look & feel extremely greasy & “wet”.
I’m Indian and believe in Ayurvedic skincare but this is a joke.
I’m not one to usually write reviews but I’m so frustrated with the whole experience & wanted to warn people not to purchase from here. There’s better brands out there…
